The first time I came, I enjoyed it very much! Got an amazing facial and manicure. I got the luminary nails because I was informed they are healthy for your nails. They looked AMAZING! After three weeks when I came back to have them removed, the same nail tech removed them. She grinded my nails leaving them extremely thin. The finger nail polish she painted on only lasted a few days before the paint started to come off. At first I brushed it off, but because my nails were so thin, they started to tear on the sides. This was very painful. It's been several weeks now, and my nails are still flimsy, thin and causing me pain. My nails were way better (healthier, thicker and longer) before coming in the first place. And because their so thin, they keep breaking on the ends causing my nails to recede. I don't bite my nails, but they now look like i do. I've never had my nails be this short before and they keep tearing and breaking and it's painful. I whish I never had this negative experience. I wasn't going to leave a review, but because my nails are still hurting me, I thought it'd be best to warn others.

The Spa Lounge is my go-to for relaxation! I’ve been multiple times, and every therapist I’ve had has been amazing. Today, I had a massage with RayRay, and she was fantastic—skilled, intuitive, and made sure I left feeling completely refreshed. The facility is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so inviting. Plus, their online scheduling is super easy, and I can usually get in within a day or two. Highly recommend for anyone needing a top-notch massage experience!

My wife and I got a couples massage here and everything was amazing. From the second we walked in the door, to the second we left, we felt appreciated. Cameron and Nataly, Our massage therapists were great. Their communication was great and pressure was perfect. Would definitely go here again.

I’ve had a massage at the Draper location and nails done at both the Draper and Pleasant Grove locations. I love the convenience of being able to schedule services online (and there are A TON of services to choose from.) Jacqueline in Pleasant Grove has done both GelX and luminary nails for me, and I won’t go to anyone else now. Her customer service and attention to detail as far as hygiene, quality of work and artistry is unmatched by anyone else I’ve gone to. I’m looking forward to the opening of the Lehi location in the near future. I have no doubt the experience there will be just as professional and enjoyable.

Amber was amazing! She explained everything in detail and took great care of me throughout the entire experience! It was incredibly relaxing and my scalp and hair feel so clean and soft. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to the Spa Lounge to get a birthday massage. The staff at the front was great. Both of the massage therapists were great. The only feedback I have for the male massage therapist is to use more lotion. Lather those hands with oil, lotion, or whatever liquids you use. At times I felt like that lotion wore off. Besides these, the friendliness and gentle/tough touch were great. Great experience overall. Thanks!

The atmosphere wasn't as warm and relaxing as I've experienced and/or expected. I was there on a snowy winter day. The lounge area was very cold and only had a tiny space heater in the corner. My Spa treatment was mediocre at best. I had a body scrub and the girl didn't even do my stomach or upper chest/neck areas. I understand some people do not like those areas done, but she didn't even ask if I did. I know it's done there because my friend was also there getting the exact same treatment and got hers done without being asked. I was the last one taken back to the room and the first one out. It was at least 8 mins before my friend came out of her room. I feel like I did not get the full treatment I paid for. Update: Manager reached out to me, explained that she would talk to the therapist and find out what happened. She offered me a gift certificate. I plan to use it at a different location and hope I have a better experience. Thank you for reaching out.

The most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. Small, intimate setting. Quiet, spa feel. Althena was sensitive to every touch and explained every touch. Instead of rasping the bottom of my foot, she carefully soaked my heel in lotion to soften it. I will definitely make this my go to for nails. Wish they had a coat rack, as well as window covering to block that morning sun. Higher price proves the point that you do get what you pay for. So worth it!
