We were visiting from out of town and wanted to get massages for the 5 of us! We happy to find the spa lounge that could accommodate us all at once. The lounge is beautiful and clean. It was fun to change into robes. Everyone really enjoyed their massages.Instead, it was one of the best massages they have had. We had a variety of swedish, prenatal and deep tissue massages! All were fantastic! We really liked the hot towels that were incorporated into the massages. Definitely would visit again!

I always have a great experience at the spa lounge. Today Adara did my facial and she went above and beyond! I had a lot of blackheads that she was able to extract. My face looks amazing. Her process was heaven on earth! I highly recommend.

It was about standard pricing compared to other places around the area for the pedicure... However, you could tell that it was done by an esthetician and not a nail tech. She was kind, pleasant and kept conversation.
Overall it was okay... The manager did call and offer a re-do, so I'm looking forward to that. Management obviously cares a lot about ensuring the happiness of their customers, which is a huge bonus.

Tried out the Spa Lounge for the first time and was not disappointed! Our party of 3,enjoyed a 90 minute massage followed by a pedicure.
We were welcomed by the front desk and walked to our lockers where we were given slippers, robes, and a surprise York Patty!
After that, we went to wait in the waiting room where there was lots of tea choices and water to choose from to relax before our massage.
The massage was probably one of my favorites and the other girls in party said the same. The massage therapists actually listened to our requests and followed what we wanted them to do. Shout out to my massage therapist, Marissa, who did a fantastic job working out all the knots in my back and found some new ones I never knew were there.
Janessa did my pedicures and she was very thorough and detailed - she did a fantastic job with my French tip nails taking time and making sure each nail was perfect.
Overall, great experience and I would definitely go back!

My husband and I experienced a couples massage at the Holladay location. I want to start by saying I am satisfied with the massage I received. It felt great and the massage therapist was very professional. My 3 star comes in for 3 other reasons.
First is because our massage was cut short. We arrived to the spa 30 minutes early. However, our therapists did not come and get us from the “lounge” area until 10 minutes after our appointment time. Then they finished 7 minutes before the hour. We didn’t realize a pre-booked 60-minute massage was only 45 minutes.
Second, I felt the facility was subpar. There was a strange smell throughout the building, and the spa had air freshener plug ins all over the place, like they were trying to mask the bad smell. The combination of the two smells was less than relaxing. Then the girls locker room was not clean. Hand prints everywhere and smudges on the curtains and robe.
Third, the “lounge” area described online was misleading. We went early in hopes to enjoy it more. The fireplace seemed fake and gave off no heat. It was a cold room. And there was very little seating in a small proximity, which made it awkward to wait with the other individuals. The two couches reminded me of futons.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how much we loved our couples massage here! Gage and Sarah listened in detail about what we were wanting and we were totally relaxed the whole time. The hour went by so fast we wish we would have booked longer. We will be back!

Our experience was very positive from the beginning starting with Jessica the receptionist who went out of her way to accommodate. Then Adara and Vanessa did a beautiful job with manicures for our girl’s day out. So professional. We will be back!

The place was beautiful, great ambiance and amenities. I hate giving this low of a review but please tell the masseuse to listen to their clients. I had put down in the registration form that I needed a lighter massage from a damaged nerve. We then talked about the level of massage I wanted when she came in but she did the massage so hard. I had to remind her 5 times in the 50 min massage to please go lighter because it hurt. I even scared her one if the times and she told me she is a great at deep tissue and that I should request someone else next time. 🤷🏼♀️ I didn’t request her, she was assigned to me. I just wanted a light relaxing massage. For almost 2 weeks now I have had severe pain in my lower back when I’ve never had lower back pain before.
