There's a reason it's a top 10 spa in the US!! Absolutely the best, in my opinion!! Where else can you lounge all day after your treatment in total luxury...

Overall, a very relaxing experience. The pools are wonderful and the outdoor hot tub was excellent even in the 30° weather. I got a pedicure, which was quite nice and it came with a complementary mimosa. Overall, the day pass for the spa is probably not worth it because it’s 200 bucks and the pedicure which comes with a spa day pass is less than that. They are also very strict on their no electronics policy, which includes phones and iPads— but even things like e-readers. I’m not sure the logic for this kind of restriction, but it is quite easy to get around. I am in fact, writing this review from inside the Spa hiding my phone behind a magazine.

Had another wonderful experience! Leslie was my aesthetician and she was fabulous! My facial was super skin nourishing and relaxing. The spa amenities were so luxurious! The pool, cold tank and steam room was invigorating!

I had been to the resort on several occasions and always find it extremely enjoyable, from the events to the view and accommodations. The hotel is simply stunning. This visit was extra special, I shared a spa day with my daughter and it was simply delightful. We were able to get a day pass and were pampered like queens. There are plenty of staff on hand to assist you throughout the secluded location. There is a private cafe while you wait. The massage was...INCREDIBLE, the best I've even had. I was fortunate to be swept away to a private location overlooking the pool and golf course. It had unobstructed mountain views and I felt like I had the place all to my own. Don't miss an opportunity to plunge in the ice pool for an invigorating and empowering experience. Finally, I can't say enough about the beautiful cavern where the mineral pool is located. There are so many little nooks and crannies to relax in your own quiet, private area. There are 2 hot tub areas with high powered water falls that feel wonderful as they splash on your back. Take a day and be pampered!

I tried to book my wife a multiple treatments for a spa day. I wanted to pay for the treatments before hand so I could surprise her and they could not accommodate me. I either had to buy a gift card and email it to her or give her my physical card which would defeat the purpose of the surprise. Overall not a good experience. Great looking place but I don’t understand how they can not charge the card on file before hand or after treatment.

100% I'd return! Make reservations, at least 3-4+months in advance, better if more. This was phenomenal. Massage, facial, spa all stellar service. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, kind and very good. Most workers are tenured, which a great indicator of a well run establishment. Impressive amenities and I wish I could of.staued longer. Asvice: if you don't get spa entry or a treatment because of booking, walk down at 8am when they open to see if there are any cancelations. I managed to snag a massage that wasn't pre-booked because they were booked out 3 months in advance! Svetlana did my facial and she was amazing!!! My face really glowed afterwards!! The spa tunnel goes from one wing to another and is way quicker than going thru the lobby!

If you're looking for a five-star spa experience, look no further. We stayed at the hotel Monday-Friday and received a spa service each day. YOU MUST BOOK YOUR APPTS IN ADVANCE!! Each of our services were spectacular. You have access to the spa's amenities all day long. The five services I enjoyed were: - Aromatherapy Massage - this is a very soothing massage, perfect to get you relaxed. - Pedicure - this was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. It was so detailed and I had the entire room to myself, making it so special and relaxing. - Total Body Indulgence - this was my favorite treatment. At first, I was skeptical because the scrub that is performed is in two parts - one dry and one wet. After that, you receive a Swedish massage and it was wonderful!! - Classic Facial - this was incredible, I feel asleep twice. It was so soothing and completely worth the money. - Mountain View Massage - I did a 50 min session in this room which overlooks the mountains. The room has a fireplace and it is so quaint and beautiful, a perfect way to relax and an even better way to have ended the trip. I would also caution you to book reservations at the restaurants as soon as possible because they will fill up and you will be SOL.
