I went in for their signature massage. My massage therapist was so sweet! The massage itself I wish had been firmer- it was a very light touch. But I absolutely loved all the things it included. The warm weight pack they put on your back and the sugar scrub were SO relaxing. I also absolutely loved the aromatherapy and the warm eye mask she put on Me when I turned over. All the staff were friendly and their waiting room was very relaxing; the tea options In the room were good. Overall, it was a great experience! I'd come back for sure.

My friends and I came here as part of our girls trip to Gatlinburg. We each had a facial & massage and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted and treated by friendly and talented staff. The different amenities provided were an added bonus (sauna, relaxation room, calming room). We left feeling so refreshed, calm, and happy. Well worth the price!

Visited The Spa at RiverStone for the first time, WOW the exceptional care received during my 80 minute hot stone massage by Jessica was a 10 out of 10! Recent injuries to both shoulders plus severe arthritis in my joints often causes mobility issues. Jessica's professional massage left me pain-free for the first time in several months. Rest assured I will be scheduling future appointments with Jessica at The Spa at RiverStone. Thank you!

Had the best experience with Robbie, who made me feel so cared for and who truly exceeded all expectations. I wish I lived here because I would absolutely be a regular client. Everything about this spa was 10/10 but Robbie was definitely the best part about it, he was so attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel brand new today and my chronic neck pain is gone. I wish I could thank him a million times!

I had one of the best experiences for any spa service that I have ever had done yesterday. I had the micro needling by Tess . She is very professional and knowledgeable with skin care services. She did a wonderful job and the massage in my neck, shoulders, and arms was a plus. Thank you Tess for a wonderful visit!
