Very relaxing environment and professional staff. Friendly check in and checkout- inside spa area has sauna and showers for convenience and CLEAN. Robes are extra special-fluffy and inviting relaxing seating area. My therapist, Justin, is very professional and knowledgeable of pressure and trigger points. I started going there due to pain in my neck and upper back after experiencing very poor posture and age mechanics from working remotely. I am now able to exercise again without soreness and stiffness that I experienced making me be less active. I found him to be very educated on body mechanics and holistic healing through massage therapy. It took a few visits but now feeling so much better. He is very good and knowledgeable on reflexology as well, which I add to my treatment. Make sure to book in advance- limited availability. Great hidden gem in New Cumberland, WV.

I have been coming here for many years before Covid and then could not wait for it to open back up. It is not one to disappoint- even though some of the amenities are gone post covid-snacks, tea, and such while waiting for your treatment, however, my therapists have always been spot on to what I need. Rhonda used to be my therapist until she moved closer to home for another opportunity, but now I see Justin. My reasons for massage are needed for many holistic reasons as I have neck and upper back problems due to my health care career and I get massages regularly to help keep me pain free. Justin is very knowledgeable and quite the professional. He is very good as well with reflexology too. Laura at the front desk is very personable and is very helpful in making an appointment an enjoyable and relaxing experience. If you have not tried this spa, I highly recommend giving it a try- I am fortunate that I do not have to travel far to experience the benefits.

I have received massages in the past but this was by far the best massage I have ever had. My wife and I are in for a long weekend and got the couple's massage and was very impressed. Clean and professional environment, would highly recommend if you are at the casino or just need to relax.

Rhonda is the best. Takes really good care of you. She asks you what your stress areas are for your massage. She is the BEST!! Facial was so refreshing and makes you feel like a million bucks. 😉
