The actual services at the spa were easily 5 stars, my massage with Kathleen was heavenly and so therapeutic. My facial with Shaweh was relaxing and was a perfect finish to my afternoon. If spa guests were allowed to visit the pool/whirlpool facilities, my rating would easily be 5 stars, however locker rooms were in need of a full time attendant. At times, the area was messy, but there was not a dedicated attendant for upkeep.

I had an incredible experience with Kalissa! She was amazing her technique was both soothing and effective. The massage, combined with cupping, foot massage, and dry brushing, left me feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. She paid attention to every detail, making sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a truly rejuvenating experience!

Conveniently booked a Gentlemen’s facial from the easy to use website. Spa is located on the third floor, elevators past reception.
Good size Men’s restroom with lockers, two showers and a steam room. Robe and slippers provided. There is a lounge area with drinks and snacks to relax before your appointment.
Shaweh was amazing! Solid, deliberate service with full explanations along the way with a soft, soothing voice. Super relaxing and the highlight of my day.
Would highly recommend Shaweh and will return when in the area.
Only negative is that slippers had an oil residue, was going to trade but the other one had it too. Ended up just rubbing with a towel in the hot shower and it was all good.

I went in for a massage with hot stones and scalp massage enhancements over a month ago. At the time, I was experiencing neck and shoulder stiffness and headache. I set up this appointment in hopes to alleviate a bit of that tension in my body. I walked out of that appointment with more neck ache than I walked in with. In addition to that, my scalp has been itchy ever since. I am not someone who likes to leave negative reviews so I decided to call and see if they could suggest something or help resolve the itchiness. In the 4+ times I called them, every time I was told they’ll get back to me and they didn’t. I give up now and am left to write this review so others know how they treat their customers who want to work with them to resolve an issue.
Overall, based on my experience, I do not recommend this place and suggest you to support some other spas in downtown that are local business owners and have much more care for their customers.

Beautiful space. My technician, Samantha was amazing & I highly recommend the sugar scrub & added scalp treatment. The waiting space was quiet & relaxing. Loved that you can have access to the sauna & steam room when you book a treatment too!

Peaceful. Excellent cleaning and capacity policies helped me feel at ease. I had a massage and my massage therapist was skilled, friendly, and had great communication.
I also love the new massage tables that have an automated drop down area to accommodate large-chested (or scapula) people.

I won’t lie, this is the best deep tissue massage I’ve have in my life! I mentioned the places that were sore/tight that I requested the therapist to focus on and she delivered! I will definitely be back.
The service included access to the steam room and sauna on the day of the massage. The relaxation room was quite calming, and include light snacks and drinks.

Amazing service here, they make you feel special, the massage therapists are excellent and the amenities are super clean. 10 outta 10
