Our experience at **The Ballantyne Spa** was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by **Sydney** at the front desk, setting the tone for an incredible day of relaxation and pampering. A **huge thank you to Janet**, the spa concierge, for going above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday celebration truly special. Her attention to detail, kindness, and ability to create a seamless and luxurious experience made this one of the best birthday celebrations yet! We indulged in everything the spa had to offer—**the hot tubs, pool, a delicious lunch, and the most incredible massages**. A special shoutout to **my massage therapist, Erica**, who worked absolute magic! We were so impressed with the outstanding service and serene atmosphere that we have **already booked our next visit later this year with our mom**! We can’t wait to return and experience it all over again. A heartfelt **thank you to Janet, Sydney, Erica, and the entire Ballantyne Spa staff** for making our day so unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate spa experience, look no further—this is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Ballantyne Spa!!! My sisters treated me with a massage! It was an amazing experience. All the staff were very attentive to all of our needs! Starting at the front desk with Sydney she was very friendly and welcoming. Janet was our concierge and she was very kind, warm and made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves! The spa itself is beautifully decorated, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The ambiance, saying it's perfect for unwinding and rejuvenating. I would recommend visiting the Ballantyne Spa if you are looking for a self care experience!!

I bought 2 gift boxes from the spa gift shop for Christmas presents that were so cute. I live out of town and when I got home I realized that both spa boxes were missing a large bag of bath salts. I called and spoke with someone about this and they said they were going to call me back the following day. I received no follow up and gave the gifts with missing product. I feel the guest services in the spa is not to standard for the prices they charge. Each box was $82 and they seemed to not care since they already got their money.

Just visited the spa on 10/06/24 and it’s been hours and I’m still in shock. This place is a health hazard. I cannot believe that a distinguished hotel like this can be operating such a disgusting, dirty spa. First, the service is terrible-more on that later, first, the floors have dirty grease stains, the walls and the doors have dirt prints on them. I mean I cannot believe how outdated and broken down this places is. But I think I could even work with outdated, but the filth? Not acceptable for a spa. Once I got to the spa, I couldn’t cancel anymore because they would charge you full service anyway, but as soon as I entered the spa downstairs, I refused to take my shoes off or change into their robes or sandals. The floors were so disgustingly dirty that I refused to wear any of their stuff. I took plenty of pictures so people can see for themselves. I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it myself. The facial was a waste of money, I asked for one Milia to be removed and she didn’t even do that. The service? Unacceptable. After checking in at front desk upstairs, they told me to walk downstairs to the spa. No one walked me down, and when I got down, there was nobody to greet me or explain anything. I’ve been to many spas around the country and international so I know what a good spa experience looks like and the Ballantyne Hotel Spa is truly a disgrace, especially considering I paid 470 for a facial which included an automatic 20% tip. I’m disgusted of how that place is kept and the health hazards that it represents. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Will be grossed out for a long time. I was terrified of walking on that floor or touching any doors. The bathrooms are so old and dirty. What absolute horrific, disgusting experience.

The staff was great and the ladies who did our pedicures are the reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. We booked pedicures hoping to use the spa (ie the sauna and pool). When we arrived we were told that our services were not expensive enough to use the spa. So we tried to add services, nothing was available. So we added upgrades to our current services to make it enough. Most expensive pedicure of my life. Then the spa itself was just ok. Not worth it. If you come make sure your bring your own toiletries (deodorant especially). I have traveled the world and been to a LOT of different spas in a lot of different hotels, this is one I would not come back to.

Luxury Experience! My (now) wife and I went the day before I proposed! I wanted her fingernails to look nice for photos with her new ring, so I had to think of something... so glad chose the Spa At Ballantyne! We had such a fun day! They staff were so great! They made us feel 1) right at home 2) like royalty! I packed her a bag the day before so that we could drive up after church. We had an amazing couples massage! Enjoyed the indoor pool sauna. Then she got her nails done! And then we enjoyed the outdoor pool for a few hours. After a full day, we walked over to the resort restaurant, The Gallery, for an amazing dinner! We were given lots of complementary drinks and snacks throughout our day! WOW! Such an awesome way to spoil my best friend before we got engaged!! Huge thanks to The Spa At Ballantyne! We will be back!

Booked a couples massage as a valentines special. The resort is gorgeous, the service is attentive, the amenities are as advertised, and the best part was my MT Yasmin who gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Only complaint is that the lounge area and the massages are separated so my partner and I didn’t get to spend as much time together as we would’ve liked. I feel like that can be communicated more specifically as it misses the mark of an actual couples massage. We were still able to enjoy the hot tub and pool, however it would have been nice to have a drink, relax in our robes, enjoy the massage next to each other, and have a sauna together (which I guess. I understand why it’s separated by gender). Regardless, would highly recommend

Went here for a spa day to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and while she had a wonderful massage and experience, I did not. My pedicure and French manicure were simply OK, and the tech mutilated my cuticles to the point I am now experiencing infections on several fingers and toes. Also, it was a dry manicure, and after three days is chipping already. Not great. When I went to meet my daughter in the locker room area, no one was prepared to give me a locker. I had never been there before so did not know what to do. I was approached like I was somewhere I wasn't allowed to be. It was very chaotic feeling and really disappointing. I could have spent 500 bucks way better. The slides were not made for wide feet. The pool area was average, and there were only two items on the spa menu we could have eaten due to dietary restrictions. But the robes were soft. 🥲
