Scammed! I can see no difference in my face. Not after a week, two weeks, a month or two months. I kept being told I would see a difference but never did. I was told my charges were 2300. But were 2800. via their credit source. Ashley blocked my number and quit responding to my texts. Do not do it! Complete scam! Do not go here! I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me!

I cannot stress enough what an impressive injector Ashley is! I had my lips done at another local spa and felt it all, and the recovery wasn’t great either. I had two syringes yesterday with Ashley and left with zero bruising and zero pain. After a night of rest I have expected swelling but no bruising and no pain. I travel for work weekly to different places in the country, so I do have places I frequent outside of this state and hands down, Ashley gets all of my business from here out of it involves injections. I should mention that Ashley specializes in PRF which uses your own blood to create a natural filler. I’ve had one session of this around my under eye and it went perfectly. (No pain during or after either!!) I was comfortable in the spa and Ashley was super kind and easy to work with too. She listened and created an environment where I wasn’t nervous, which is SO important. Hot Springs Village doesn’t know how lucky they are to have Ashley and the Skin Bar so close!! check it out - you will love the it!

I have entered, and quickly exited, several central AR aesthetic clinics because of how the staff made me feel. Kristen completely changed my perspective on nurse injectors and is the kind of nurse and human being others should strive to be. She is incredibly kind, fills the room with nothing but positivity, and will quickly ease any fear you may have. I received lip filler and she is the first injector that has ever listened to my wants and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was the most gentle injector I have ever had, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and was the ultimate hype-girl playing music, singing along, and throwing out positive comments left and right. I left the clinic today feeling good about myself for the first time in while and not just because of her impeccable skill with filler, but because being around that level of positive energy can completely change your day. I cannot recommend this girl enough!

So sweet and professional! She then recommended me to Contoured by Kristen, RN, BSN for injections. I went for my consultation today and felt so relaxed and excited to take the next step. Kristen was very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with a treatment plan. She covered all of the bases and offered sound suggestions. I was very happily with my first treatment and cannot wait to see where she takes my face 🤩🤩 The women here are true rockstars and I highly recommend the Skin Bar!

Ashley Vice is absolutely wonderful at her job. I am so blessed that she took great care of my face and hair. I had Lazer surgery on my face and during the same visit she performed hair restoration with PRP and plant stem cells.
