Today was my 1st time ever having a facial or anything done to my face. I decided after a few days I would go out and do this for myself. I am so HAPPY and THANKFUL that I did! Hope was AMAZING with me in my 1st time experience. I have known Crystal all of my life ,and she has the professionalism and dedication to her clients as well as Hope! Crystal gives the most relaxing facials. She spends time to understand your skin care needs and after your session provides suggestions for skin care if you are looking for guidance. I’ve had massages that were not as relaxing as her facials. Hope also does a great job of the sugar waxing. I’ve had my underarms waxed a few times now and never disappointed with the results.

Let me just say I am already blown away by Crystal! I came to her as a recommendation from a friend. At the time I was so frustrated and over my skin breaking out and not getting it under control. I was able to tell Crystal all of my concerns and right away she addressed them. While also sending me a detailed email on why the products I was using were not working. She spent her own time researching all the ingredients and then figuring out what products I should try, all before my first appointment. My facial was absolutely amazing and crystal made me feel so comfortable! Plus we created a game plan on getting my skin back to where it needs to be! This place is top notch! Such a relaxing atmosphere from the time you walk in. The staff is friendly and very helpful, Crystal performed my facial and it was Heavenly! One of the BEST spas I've ever been to!! 10/10 recommend Hope has sugared my eyebrows twice so far and each time was so amazing! She takes her time and makes sure I’m happy with the result! I received an enzyme fascial. The experience was amazing. Crystal made me feel super comfortable and answered all questions and concerns. I have very troubled skin and I have all confidence in her that she can help improve my skin. I've used other spas before and have been to numerous dermatologist and no one has taken the time with me to see what my current skin routine is. She has taken a lot time to research my current skin care products while trying to see what new products would be good for me as well as what fascial/ skin treatments will be good for me in the future. Crystal made my first spray tan experience so comfortable! She made sure she explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had before getting started. Being my first time I was super worried about having a fake tan or orange look, but it was such a beautiful, natural looking tan and lasted much longer than I expected! I will definitely be using her for all of my spray tan needs!
