This is a stellar place! Very professional but friendly and calming in general. I got a one hour massage with Nyia, and it was excellent. She knows how to target areas where you have tightness or pain and works it out. The ambiance in the massage room is great, calming music, and lots of salt in the air (this did cause my nose to stuff up.. i was told that means I have mucus?) . They do promotions like $100 monthly subscription for two massages or some other options.. they have a salt playground for kids, sitting rooms with salt, all kinds of services! I'm looking forward to coming back - very natural and healthy. Kendal and Vanessa were both very helpful and friendly as well at the front desk

Incredible Experience at The Salt Room, I had the most amazing facial treatment! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was calming, and every detail was designed for pure relaxation. Kat worked her magic during the facial, my skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing! The service was exceptional, and I felt truly pampered throughout the entire experience. I can’t wait to return to The Salt Room for another incredible treatment! The also have an area where you can get amazing products for your face and body, and I was able to treat myself to some amazing body oil. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

My husband and I went for a couples massage. The facility is clean and fresh. The front desk was very welcoming and made is feel comfy upon arrival. The therapists were top notch. I loved that during the massage the room is being infused with the salt therapy. We left feeling wonderful. 100% recommend!

Came here with my mom and grandma to enjoy a relaxing girls day at the salt room. It was my very first time and I enjoyed every second of it. When you first walk in the building, you are immediately greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. They have pretty neat items available for purchase in the front which I thought was very nice. They also have a wonderful selection of teas that you can choose from and drink. The ladies up front are so friendly and welcoming. I loved coming here as it was very relaxing. I suffer from anxiety and I also have inflamed tonsils and I truly believe this helped me 100%. As I came out I truly felt so much better. I could breathe better and all my stress went away immediately. I now recommend this place to everyone. I will be signing up for a membership soon. I can’t wait to come here again. This place is amazing!!!! 10/10

I love going to the Salt Room on Mills Ave Orlando. I have Allergies and this helps 100% I have not used anything else yet but I do have a appointment next Wednesday for facial. This place is very clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend you trying the Salt room out, especially if you have any kind of lung problems, asthma, post nasal drip or any other problemsThank you, Donna And Kat is highly recommended for Facials she is very sweet, makes you feel very comfortable, the products she uses are organic and clean, she definitely knows what she is doing, you feel very relaxed when you leave and your face looks and feel wonderful!! Everything about the salt room is wonderful. The staff is friendly and accommodating and really focused on customer service. The rooms are clean. The environment is peaceful and calm and inviting. The layout of their space is beautiful, and they are generous with coffee and tea and water, and just all about your comfort We visited yesterday and had the salt room experience and then I treated my mom to a facial which she absolutely loved! We're both feeling really good today and excited to go back

Natalie and Odessa were amazing!!!! They were so helpful and made us feel so comfortable. They explained everything and helped us understand how to stay out of muscle pain in the future. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming and the salt room is so so nice. It’s a great place to let loose, relax and heal.

Kim was amazing! I had a couple’s massage with her, and she really focused on the areas I mentioned. It was a very unique and relaxing experience with the salt in the air. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my massage and quality time with my husband. Would definitely recommend.
