I came here for a conference and my wonderful sister booked us a spa day and boy oh boy was it the best spa experience! From the way the staff communicated to ensure everything flowed smoothly .. to Linda C.’s warm southern hospitality- it was like an orchestra to the service we received from Star and Isabella. It was so awesome I came back a second time and had an amazing experience with Neka and Yen. Neka was great at anticipating my needs- for example I asked for water as I had a slight cough and she came back with water PLUS peppermint tea with honey before my service started. She was so personable and professional. Yen was able to accommodate my last minute request for a service - again with unpretentious relatability. I would fly here again JUST for this experience.

I came here for a quarterly team meeting with my workplace and the service was stellar. Everyone was so attentive and accommodating. My massage was a perfect 10/10. The staff are so kind and instantly make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Did I mention the lunch and snacks were super fresh, delicious and healthy? I can’t wait to go back! :)

Amazing experience!!! I’ve been to a bunch of spas and have had a lot of massages, but this topped the cake. My only regret is scheduling 50 minutes instead of 80 minutes. The lounge area is minimal but nicely done. The staff were great as well! I was able to book online, but it would be nice if you could select a specific Technician. Overall, I enjoyed the entire experience and can’t wait to book my next appointment!

I’ve always dreamed of coming to a Ritz Carlton Spa and it was everything I expected plus more! The art, the ambience, the great customer service was all top tier. The massage rooms are so beautiful and comforting. And my food from the Spa Cafe was delicious! Everyone really took care of me and made me feel so welcome. I spent 4 hours here and my attendant Maria was the absolute sweetest!!

Follow up to my previous review regarding the jazz band. After an over an hour break, they came to the stage and declared, they had a commitment downstairs. They then promptly stopped playing at 9:25, b9oked til 9:30. I truly think that since I sat here for an hour and 10 minutes waiting for the band to finish their break, they should have gone a bit longer to make up for that incredibly long break. That being said, I've never played in a band, I've only sat here and waited for the music to start.

I really hate to give one star but I was extremely let down. My husband and I planned an anniversary trip to New Orleans and wanted a spa day. We shopped around for a couples massage with co-ed relaxation room. I called to see if that was available, the ritz reassured me they had co-ed wet and dry relaxation spaces. When we arrived, I was instructed that co-ed lounge was the two-chairs sitting in the hallway in front of the elevator and the co-wet facilities was a gym pool- which we couldn’t even access. The women’s lounge was okay, no view nothing special. The massage was mediocre. For prolong periods of time my masseuse was not rubbing my body, but just moving her hand on top of my skin, as if not paying any attention. We left very disappointed and when we brought these issues up to the front, they just offered a free candle. Spend your money elsewhere for a better experience.

Very disappointing massage experience. They have you complete forms asking about areas that we want addressed and the masseuse also asks prior to the session which is standard practice. However, the area that should have been focused on was completely disregarded and she spent 2/3 of the time on my legs when I had pointed out my problem areas were my shoulders. She spent 2 minutes on my shoulders while I was facing down. Not until I had requested over half way into the 80 minutes did she finally focus on my shoulders. She said she would apply hot stones to relax my muscles there. I thought she was doing that to make up for her mistake and I ended up getting charged another $40 for it without my knowledge. She never let me know it would be an extra cost and the receipt didn’t show this added cost. as a Ritz property I expected much more. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very high end spa with great massage therapists. The locker room is luxurious with really comfortable robes. The relaxation area could be better. Some snacks available but not a lot. The sauna and steam is nice and relaxing. They even let us keep our luggage for the day which was really kind.
