Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! With my hectic business life, long hours on the computer, and my past experiences with a stroke and breast cancer, my body really needs a massage that’s both relaxing and therapeutic. After just one visit, I’m hooked—I can’t imagine stopping now! Jen’s calming presence is a huge part of the experience; even just talking with her helps me start to unwind. What I love most is how the benefits of the massage last throughout the week. Jen has become an essential part of my wellness routine, which often gets pushed to the back burner. I had a massage and facial and as someone who doesn’t particularly care for massages, I have to say, it was incredible!!! The rooms are gorgeous, the service providers amazing and the custom oil blends are to die for. You even get a little goodie bag as a thank you at the end. I love this spa and will definitely be booking again, I am now a massage lover!

The Ritual Spa changed my life. I always thought I hated being touched, turns out I was just never touched right. I got both an hour long facial and an hour long full body massage and the experience was amazing start to finish. I didn’t know I was capable of feeling so comfortable and relaxed both emotionally and physically. I can not recommend this place enough!!!

I highly recommend booking with Jen at The Ritual Spa! Not only is she a super humble and kind human, but she is an amazing massage therapist!! Due to back issues from scoliosis, I have utilized massage therapy over the last few years to help relieve the tension in my muscles and pain from the off balance of my spine…Jen is BY FAR the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is also certified in a technique known as zero balancing which I highly recommend adding on to your massage booking!!

If I could give The Ritual Spa 6 out of 5 I would! I am so particular about who does my hair, nails, and skin care. After moving to WV from Reston VA a little over a year ago - I noticed The Ritual Spa opened in Winchester. Up until this point I’d drive almost 90 Minutes for any kind of self care service. Today I had The Wellness Facial with Lori. First , ample parking and easily accessible. When I arrived to the spa all I had to do was press a button and Lori came right out! She introduced herself, brought me a snack tray, water, and a short survey to complete regarding my expectations for the service. The decor and room were so relaxing. Lori immediately put my mind at ease! With every product application and process she told me what she was doing and why. Lori was so attentive and insightful. Not only did I leave with brighter happier skin - I was SO relaxed. Everything felt so personal for me. Times are tough and it can be really hard to put aside some money to have much needed self care. The services offered at The Ritual Spa contain truly reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back!

Ciara was wonderful! I heard about ritual spa because I get my hair cut at coven salon and I’ve always love how cozy and comfortable the vibe feels. Ritual spa had the same feeling. The room for my massage was very relaxing and Ciara did a great job, I will definitely be coming back!

Went to The Ritual Spa for a couples massage and facial and couldn't be happier. Abby did great with a much needed massage and Lori took a few years off with the facial. I knew I needed the massage with my line of work. But I was amazed what I was missing after getting the skin care men usually dont pay any attention to. They definitely know what they are doing and made my other half happy. We will definitely be going back!
