We just had an amazing experience at The Plunge Experience! Jon and Dan have created something truly special. The cold plunge and sauna therapies left us feeling rejuvenated, and the place is incredibly clean and well-maintained. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. First time here after a 10 mile run. I did the IR sauna, cold plunge (first time in my life) and the compression boots. Everything was great! John was super informative and walked me through everything. The facility was clean and well thought-out. Will be coming back :)

This was the best experience I’ve ever had! The Sauna and Cold Plunge was obviously great but the best part was the owner! Dan was so kind and helpful. He talks you through the entire thing and makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident. Definitely recommend coming here especially if this is your first time doing a cold plunge!

Went today with my sister for the infrared sauna and cold plunge - wow! Everything from when we entered the building was great. The facility is incredibly clean and noticed the owner and staff cleaning immediately after we were finished with a modality. Jon, one of the owners, coached us through the cold plunge which was super helpful allowing us to stay in longer than we initially anticipated. The cool peppermint towel in the sauna was also a nice bonus. We can’t wait to come back!

First time here and I had the most amazing experience. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable and walked me through every step. He made the experience easy and fun. I started with the red light therapy, followed that with the cold plunge and finished off with compression therapy. I feel so relaxed, energized and can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend giving the Plunge Experience a try!

This was my first plunge experience. Dan, the owner was at the door to greet me upon arrival. The facility is extremely clean and very welcoming. I started in the sauna and ended with 4 minutes in the cold tub. Dan coached me through the entire process, informing me what to expect, how to breathe, and the benefits of the plunge. It is clean. The Plunge Experience owners truly care about the health and wellness of their customers.
