They are top tier when it comes to customer service. This massage with Ana was to rectify a not so pleasant previous experience with a different masseuse. I appreciate them so much for even extending the courtesy after reading my feedback. I really enjoy the ambience and design of the massage boutique. My massage experience was very relaxing. This was my first time at this location. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. My massage was incredible. Maria did such a wonderful job. My mother in law said her massage with Chang was the most thorough massage she ever had. I will definitely will be back when we are visiting family in Nashville again.
