Lauren is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’ve been seeing her for facials and waxing for a year now and can’t believe I haven’t left a glowing review sooner. Her facials are divine, I’ve tried multiple forms, and she’s soooo good at waxing - never misses a hair and it’s never even the least bit painful. I cannot express how incredible my experience at The Loft Spa was. My services with Trinity were so professional, curated, and tailored to what I needed. Trinity is very skilled, and knows how to create a new peaceful environment for one to relax in. The business itself has quality products, a multitude of services offered, and attentive staff. Ruthie, the receptionist, took her time to explain certain products I had inquired about as well as took me for a tour. I am very grateful for not only the services, but my overall experience here. My favorite spa in Bozeman! You won't find a better one around town. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the services are great. From massages to pedicures, it's all there to pamper you. Ask for Ali for your mani/pedi - she's the sweetest!

Highly recommend! Went here with my bridal party for my wedding. Great styling and decent prices. They gave us space to do our makeup here as well. Super nice staff who are very accommodating. I recently went back for a haircut with Bryce and was so pleased. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for hair.

I was gifted gift birthday & Mother's Day gift certificates to the Loft Spa and visited for the first time today. The entire experience was positively uplifting! Brooke did an amazing job with my hair. I thouroughly enjoyed my appointment and gained some great knowledge about products & methods to better manage my naturally curly hair. The clean, sunny, yet relaxing atmosphere is a definite plus! Hannah & staff were so very & pleasant welcoming upon reception. Overall... in a word: DIVINE! I'll most definitely be a return client and will recommend to friends, family & business associates!
