In addition to the stunning beauty and luxury accomodations, our trip this winter to Brush Creek Ranch was made truly special by the staff of the resort. Eddie, who leads activities, was always involved and his team is dedicated to making sure each guest had a great experience. Eli was fantastic, leading a really memorable experience on the gun range. Matt and Derrick guides us on perhaps the best and most exciting snowmobile adventure that we have had. The Llama hike - which we would have never guessed would be so enjoyable - was one of our highlights with Austin leading. To top it off, they provide world class dining with a group of waiters, chefs, and crew that focus on every detail. Thank you also to two excellent bar tenders - Shannon and Emma.|Thank you Brush Creek Ranch for a wonderful and memorable spring break week!

Our recent stay at Brush Creek Ranch in Wyoming was nothing short of incredible! We visited for a wedding weekend, and despite an unexpected 30-hour power outage, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure the experience was still magical.
A special shoutout to Ryan C., our driver and activity guide, who made every adventure even more memorable with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Ryan S. was more than just an amazing server—he took such great care of us, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of at all times. And we cannot forget Emma P., the fantastic bartender who crafted the most amazing drinks—we’re pretty sure we made friends for life!
The way the staff handled the power outage was beyond impressive. They pivoted effortlessly, creating stunning candlelit dinners cooked over open fires (since the kitchens weren’t functioning) and bringing in luxury porta-potties to ensure comfort. Their dedication and problem-solving truly made the weekend unforgettable.
Beyond the exceptional service, the ranch itself is STUNNING. The activities were endless—horseback riding, ice fishing, wine tasting, cellar tours, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, yoga, and breathtaking hikes. Every moment felt like a dream.
We are already counting down the days until we can return—not just for the breathtaking scenery, but to see the amazing people who made our stay so special. Thank you, Brush Creek Ranch!

While the ranch with it's picturesque views are worth the price of admission, it's the staff's dedication to customer service and their attention to detail that make the Brush Creek Ranch stand head and shoulders above the crowd. One thing that really stood out to me was their ability to align individual skill levels to each of the activities from horseback riding to specialized fishing or shooting. Be sure to ask for Chuck's recommendations and Natalie is an epic guide on horseback. HIGHLY recommended for one and all - especially for families.

This is the place to come with family, especially children! You won’t find a more hospitable place that has so much to offer the entire family. ||There is plenty to do within the inclusive experience and if you want to do any activities not included in the package you can be sure that the people managing those activities are the best at what they do! ||The accommodations were clean and family friendly and the food was fantastic! And lots of it! No one was ever hungry! As an added bonus we happened to be able to see a bull fest while there! Everyone was wowed!||We could not believe how very friendly and helpful ALL of the employees were to us. We had a lot of kids and that did not stop these people. They can handle whatever you need! ||We were blessed to be able to bring our son and his wife and large family on a trip they will never forget.

One of the best high end resorts experiences Ive ever had. It's gorgeous, secluded, they have thought of every little touch. The activities are great, the ranch is sprawling the food is amazing. This place rules.

2 friends and I went to Brush Creek last fall for 4 nights and had an amazing time. We stayed in Jo's Cowgirl Cabin, which was very spacious - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, terrace. We loved having our own golf cart to drive around the beautiful property. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Rachel (rock climbing, hiking, ropes course), Blanca (ropes course), Brendan (waiter), Jenna (great massage therapist), Katie (fly fishing), Eli & Cody (shooting). They had a lot of fun activities that were included. I especially enjoyed the hike to Bow Creek and shooting. And it wasn't very crowded when we went, which made the activities even more great since we got individualized attention (for some activities like rock climbing and fly fishing, I was the only one). 2 activities are included each day, (expect departure day) though we arrived too late to do any activities on Day 1, which was a shame. The food was also delicious (though some of the food at Cheyenne Club was a little salty). We also enjoyed the tour of the downstairs at the Cheyenne Club of the hidden bar and wine rooms (the manager who gave us the tour was super friendly and knowledgeable). Definitely a very special place that my friends and I very much really enjoyed.

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. For the premium prices charged, the level of service was simply unacceptable. Additionally, there are numerous unnecessary upcharges, which felt like an exploitation considering the already high costs.
