What a luxurious experience! Love the options of different pools and saunas. If you haven’t had a facial here yet, I highly recommend! The body scrub was also amazing. I like the silent spa aspect - very relaxing. I’ve had times where certain people won’t shut up but the staff is good about reminding those people to be quiet. They also carry my favorite skincare line, Eminence Organics. Medical grade skincare but without the chemicals and bad preservatives!! Love it!!

This is a clean, quiet, relaxing, and tranquil space. The no talking policy is great. The steam room is constantly going and gets pretty hot. There are two saunas, a low and a higher temp. There is a cold shower by the steam room and saunas. There is a very small cold plunge next to two hot tubs of low and medium temps. Bring your own sheet mask to hydrate in the tea room or they have some for purchase. Highly recommend this place, and taking advantage of their specials.

I really enjoyed my few hours at this hidden gem. Transitioning through the pools, saunas and cold plunge was such a relaxing experience. My body scrub and massage with Leah were amazing. This isn't a huge place- it's cozy, very quiet, intimate and charming. They have a silence policy so it isn't a good choice if you're hoping to catch-up with friends as you dip, but it was very relaxing. I'll definitely be back.

What a lovely experience. I am already planning my next trip back. So nice to have a simple, yet luxe place right in the neighborhood. I absolutely loved my experience here. Would love to see some clocks or hour glasses in the saunas and near the cold plunge; and maybe some dimmers on the lights in the sauna? :) I really enjoyed it being a silent spa even though I went with a friend, but after talking with others, the suggestion was maybe having one day a week as a social spa I also love that they stagger appointments so you don't feel crowded when getting changed before or after. I left feeling so relaxed

Delight time here the other day. Not too crowded and nice and quiet inside. There is a steam room, super hot sauna, warm sauna of Himalayan salt, a cold tub, hot tub and warm tub. All great. I got a 20 minute body scrub which felt great. My only complaint is I wished I’d had a private shower to get really really clean after. Overall, I loved it.

This place was freaking fantastic. I’m so grateful I had the experience of going here, finding it just by searching “spa’s near me” on Google. Literally obsessed, will be coming back here ASAP. I’m hooked! Super clean, relaxing experience, they give you a complimentary rope and spa shoes to wear. They have cucumber water, a relaxation room to read, they have self love and manifestation oracle cards to do your own reading if your into that. I ended up buying deck because it was such a good deck! Anyways, love you guys. You made my birthday so special.

It was my first visit to the Ladies Room, and I had such a rejuvenating and refreshing time there! There were post- and pre-showers, two saunas & hot tubs at different temperatures, a steam room, and a cold plunge. This was my first time trying the steam room and cold plunge, and I loved both of them! The steam room had a lovely lavender scent, which made me feel relaxed and eager to stay longer if I could. I visited with my friend on Friday morning, and there were only three or four people, so at times I was the only person in the sauna, tub, or steam room. Even when others were present, they were very respectful of personal space, and the staff at the front desk were both friendly and professional, which made me feel completely at ease. The price was also reasonable, and I will definitely return in the near future. They have a water-filling station, so you might want to bring your own water bottle. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience!

My best friend suggested we go here to unwind, after she mentioned she's been before and had an incredible time. I was not disappointed. It was exactly what I needed after a long work week, and what a treat. Especially to share it with her! We got to read our books, and bond over a quiet peaceful time. The calm atmosphere was ideal for overstimulation(and let me tell you, I needed that!) the music was calm, quiet, and allowed space to breath. It was two hours in a haven. Thank you so much! I live down in Portland and absolutely WISH there was something as lovely as this.
