I am posting this as a warning to anyone that may be considering going here to get your eyebrows microbladed. I had my first initial appointment one year ago then a follow up a couple months after that which both appointments went well so I thought, but unfortunately I wasn't able to schedule my yearly color boost appointment due to upsetting the artist simply because I messaged asking for an appointment while he was sick. This whole experience has been extremely unprofessional and I don't understand how a customer asking for an appointment while your sick is grounds to never reply to them ever again! I honestly could understand if I had messaged over and over or if I knew he was sick and continued to message, but that was not the case at all! I was never once rude I even apologized for messaging while he was sick even though I had no way of knowing that, but that message was ignored also! I had no idea what I was getting into with all this but apparently I will be forced to pay not only the initial payment for an appointment elsewhere but also many artists apparently ask for more money if you have been to someone else previously. So please choose your artist wisely or you may end up paying way more than you ever expected! I honestly wish I never had them done here, but I guess this lesson had to be learned the hard way unfortunately!

I made an appointment with Hayley Epling and she wasn’t in the place to do her job. Nobody help me with my hair cut. An appointment is an appointment. Lost time, lost money in gas, lost miles to drive here. It’s crazy. They aren’t professional with theirs website, you can’t accept an appointment online in the website if you aren’t available to do your job. 1 🌟 because I lost my time for nothing.

I met Jason yesterday as he had agreed to do all the hair for my best friend’s wedding. He was AMAZING. He switched up my original hair idea for the wedding and I loved it. Also, it rained during the ceremony but all of our hair was still on point. Definitely recommend for both everyday and event needs.

Kim is great. I'm an out of state customer and she is always so accommodating to my schedule. Receive the latest style at below average cost in a clean, fun, professional salon. She is the kind of stylist that you can say just do what would look best and always walk away with a cut you love. Best hairstylist ever!

I recently moved to this area and Googled and J Spa came up. I was very impressed from the time I walked in until the time I left. affordable quality at its best I can't say anything bad my experience was a rare treat and a great haircut. Thank you Jason you did a great job and I will be returning. B4 and after pics included. Above was .y 1st experience here wich I gave 5 🌟's however. I had an appointment this last time and when I showed up the shop was locked and closed. During my 30 minute drive there the owner had texted me which In the mountains I don't get phone reception. So I left and when I got to the grocery store lot I received the text. He apologized. But it was quite an inconvenience since the gas is so expensive and it's a long drive there I thought it was quite unprofessional. I was just a little surprised that he didn't offer to try to make up for it. As a new customer science it seems like maybe he would want to try to keep me as a client. I am used to find customer service and I realize he had personal family issues however when you own a business you must always make sure your customers are satisfied. That left a bad taste in my mouth and it's quite unfortunate because seems like quite a nice guy as you can read about what I wrote the first experience. But I got my old scissors out and gave myself a little trim that's all I can afford at this time. thanks Joe !!

This is exactly what this area needed! I cant say enough good about this place. Very clean,very professional, very up-to-date, very accommodating and a very relaxing atmosphere. My hairstylist is Jessica McCarty and her knowledge and personality just sets it off.
