Today I realized I have been receiving extremely strange emails from this business. I don’t ever recall signing up for their newsletter, i think the only thing I’ve ever done is maybe put my email in when I was test scheduling an appointment possibly?? There’s no way I would ever sign up for these political emails and I realized I have received multiple emails a day since November. The emails are outlandish and mainly about trump and how school sucks. All I wanted was a massage and somehow I get signed up for this? So weird. Report me to Google or whatever but this is my personal experience with the business and others should be warned. Don’t fall for the signs on the side of the road. Massage envy is right there and they won’t send you political emails.

Must Go! See Terrell. When I say her place and that room transcends you into Heaven. Atmosphere so Serene, and calming. The scented oils and the hot rocks are very relaxing I promise you will Thank me later. Thank-you Terrell for what you do. Totally healing. I also got me a salt lamp( If you know, you know. Got the owner for a hot stone massage. It was so much more than that! She hit all my trigger spots and took the time to make sure she worked out my knots even if it meant going over my 90 minute massage. Prices are very affordable and they will work with your scheduling. Be sure to try you wont be disappointed.

Absolutely LOVED this experience. It was very calming, relaxing, friendly, and I felt truly pampered and nurtured by the body wrap and facial massage. Definitely will be back for the massages!

Worst massage experience. I scheduled a 90 Minute Hot Stone massage and asked the massage therapist for a relaxing experience. The stones were not very hot, and even if they were, she barely used them. She lacked variety in technique and her quality of touch was too aggressive. After giving her the benefit of the doubt and communicating with her throughout the massage, I decided to end the session early. I'm not sure if she was inexperienced or just didn't care, but her massage felt like it was hurting my body more than helping. I told her after the session that I was sore (even though I asked for a relaxing massage). I paid for the full session even though I didn't receive a full session. I am a business owner myself and did not want to create a negative experience for another client that was in the waiting area. So I waited to share my experience until the next day. However, I would have shared it right then and there, if I was asked. I emailed the owner and still have not heard anything back to remedy my horrible experience. They really dropped the ball here. I probably would not have given them a public negative review, if they followed up with me in a timely manner, and addressed my concerns. Update: That therapist no longer works for this spa. The owner reached out after my review was posted and offered me a free session. I requested a refund instead. After about a week, the owner was unable to figure out how to give me a refund, so I came in for the free massage. My massage was with Tara, the owner's daughter. She had a great touch and gave a good massage.

Well it was... An experience. The massage was great although I paid for reflexology with it in a package deal and had to remind the masseuse to do it. She reluctantly did for a few minutes and then moved onto to my problem area which she thought was my neck and shoulders. Ok. The one issue I had was the near constant chatter from the masseuse. She had good intentions I believe, she was trying to be friendly, but it was extremely unnerving. No relaxation here.

When my massage began, the owner was a little sporadic. She seemed all over the place as far as the conversation topics goes. At first she started asking me questions then wouldn't let me finish answering them before jumping to another conversation topic. Then she brought up her abusive relationship with her father and how he treated her and her siblings when they were younger. She then continued to talk about how he is better now in his old age and how her husband and her take care of him. She then talked to me about her abusive first husband and how she waited two years to divorce him. Then she went back to asking me questions and wouldn't let me finish them. She then made a comment about how she prefers stronger people because they can handle her massages and she doesn't like having to lower her pressure and that she likes challenging her massages on people who can handle them. So it made me nervous to even ask her to ease up on the pressure so I just kept my mouth shut. I am one who prefers a quiet relaxing atmosphere when I get a massage, however, she just kept talking and talking. I felt like it was fast paced and that I couldn’t even enjoy it most the time. The only reason I gave them a two star instead of one is because the hot stones she used really did help loosen my muscles and brought me relaxation. .

I bought my mother in law a gift certificate for Christmas. It is now the end of May. We have been trying to schedule her appointment. No one answers no one calls back. Then finally after 4 months of trying we get a text message about how they switched me messaging services and it's been a big misunderstanding. So by this time I get involved and let the owner Russell who is very unprofessional I want my money back. Instead of worrying bout making his customers happy all he cares about is the certificate # snice they have no record of my mother's name. Well come to find out they thought she was a different golira and thought they already did her services. He argued with me bout having a certificate I asked the man to meet me at his shop any time he could so I could get my 250 back and the man stated if I come to shop for refund he will call police. Man. Please don't deal t With these people waste of money and time worst ever. Will never try to buy another spa certificate again
