I had an incredible experience with Allison Carper. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great suggestions based on my hair type and style. The color turned out even better than I expected! My hair feels healthy, looks fantastic, and I’ve received so many compliments. Plus, the attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Allison Carper to anyone looking for a talented and friendly stylist!

My husband gifted me a Signature Experience for Christmas and I’ve been looking forward to it for months. Woah was I disappointed in the service v the website description. 2 stars only because I think Hannah was nice. 1. Arrived at 6:26 for a 6:30 appt. Left at 7:29. Website says 1 hour 15 minute experience. Absolutely did not receive that. 2. Scalp consult is not extensive. Scalp consult lasted less than 2 minutes. 3. Eye mask was placed on and experienced a lovely hair wash. Again, not sure this was the signature as it really just seemed like a hair wash. 4. Last 15 minutes was waterfall water crowing my head. I could’ve experienced the same sitting in my shower for 15 minutes lol. Altogether, service seemed odd, not what was promised on the website and surely not worth $145 + tip. Maybe the experience will be different at a different location? Recommendations to business: 1. Explain to your customers what is going on/what products are being used. 2. Make scalp consult longer and worthwhile. I didn’t even see the screen. 3. Fulfill the description on the website. If you cannot; at least have the provider tell the client in advance. Lastly, can I get a $29 refund at minimum for the 15 minutes I was not provided? Disclaimer: Hannah is amazing and so sweet! She is a 5 star person, I’m just reviewing the service provided.

I had an amazing experience with Allison Carper this morning. It was my first time at a head spa and I always wanted to try it and I loved it. It felt so peaceful, refreshing and relaxing. I still feel relaxed even after. I will definitely be back!!! I definitely recommend! Thank you Allison!

The combination of warm steam, nourishing treatments, and expert techniques left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair unbelievably soft and healthy. I could literally feel the stress leaving my body! What truly sets The Head Spa apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience is curated to perfection, ensuring you leave not only feeling rejuvenated but also more educated (the before and after scalp analysis was a true eye opener) about scalp health. It’s not just a treatment; it’s a transformative experience. For the services I received, I opted for the gentlemen's experience with the custom gentleman's facial add-on! I would absolutely recommend consider adding the facial because it is an absolute bargain! THIS is the place to go if you are looking for relaxation coupled with improving your hair and scalp health. Worth every single penny. I can’t wait for my next visit!

The Head Spa is amazing!! The services are very fairly priced, the location is central, and the experience is so relaxing. Allison was very professional and thorough. If you’re looking for a head spa, this is the one!

Loved my experience here! I did the signature and it was so relaxing. My scalp felt so clean after and my hair soft! Only took off one star because I got cold during the session, especially when they do the cooling massage part. I think a heated blanket or table would help with that! The scalp analysis with the camera also felt a little rushed and I don’t feel like I learned a lot from that part, I wish they had more information to share regarding my scalp. Overall, totally worth it, just room for some small improvements!

I have never experienced a Head Spa treatment/massage before and really did not know what to expect. From the moment I arrived Hannah made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was inviting and added to the overall experience. I had the Grand Experience. Again I had no idea what to expect. But wow!!! I absolutely loved the whole experience. The arched water flow was really amazing but the treatment to my scalp and the facial were exceptional. And how I felt hours after was even more telling. I continued to feel more relaxed and my scalp feels wonderful! Hannah was gentle and attentive to my comfort. She was knowledgeable about the condition of my scalp when she examined it. The facial was incredibly relaxing and I’m sure I dozed off a few times. I cannot wait to return!

Love it so much! So relaxing and love the private spa rooms. The warm bed and eye covers was amazing and they have a lot of attention to detail. Will be back!
