I had Krystal for my head spa experience and let me just start this off with. It was worth every penny. Not only did I click well with Krystal, she talked with me casually, and walked me through everything the perfect amount. And I was able to really relax as well. This experience left me feeling so relieved and relaxed as I’m a stay at home mom of two boys. And I have never done anything like that before. The experience was everything and more than I expected. Please consider booking Krystal if you want to try the head spa because there are just not enough words to describe how truly amazing the experience is and Krystal herself! And left my wavy curly hair feeling as light and clean as it’s ever been before!

This was by far the biggest gimmick I’ve ever given into. They do a great job at marketing their place and sold me on finally going. Man do I regret that! The staff were incredibly sweet hence why I gave two stars only for them. Other than that this was such a waste of time and money. $150 for someone to wash my hair very gently. I thought it was going to be a deeper scrub instead I left with half wet oily hair. Please don’t be like me and not read the reviews first and fall for it. My sister has had a way better head spa experience in New York so next time I’ll just wait till I go home and visit my family to try it at a place that knows how to truly scrub a head.

I had such an amazing experience at The Head Spa. I loved the atmosphere immediately when I entered and everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I got the Ultimate Head Spa and Yelena did my service. She was so sweet and explained everything she was going to do at the begining of my appointment. She made sure I was comfortable and the whole experience was amazing. I left with my scalp feeling rejuvenated and my hair feeling so healthy. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing spa experience at The Head Spa with Krystal! This was my first time ever getting this type of treatment and I will 100% be back. I left feeling relaxed, with my scalp rejuvenated and soft. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I could not have had a better experience. Simone was so sweet and a consummate professional. The mini facial with my scalp treatment was better than some full facials I’ve had. The scalp treatment was so relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

Giving this 3 stars vs 2 just because all of the workers were super nice. Honestly, my group and I were very disappointed by our experience. It was not worth $150 (not including tip). The products caused all 4 of us to break out on our faces and 2 of us with scalp issues we thought would have been cleared up with the service. Someone in our group left with flakes on their hairline. After all of us discussed our treatments, we realized all of us had different experiences. Some had eye masks (some didn't). Some had cold ice globes used (some didn't). Some of us were told to not wash hair for 24 hours after (some weren't told). The scalp massages were also very light....we thought for a detox, it would've been a bit more. All in all, we drove an hour for inconsistent experiences and feel the services/pictures online were very misleading. We honestly could've done a better job ourselves. The same services over the border in NY cost 50% less and from reading reviews, include a lot more.

I had a fantastic experience here! They were extremely helpful and accommodating, even moving me to a different room when I was having some back discomfort from the massage bed. I can’t suggest them enough. My hair feels so soft and light, and the products smelled amazing. My only wish is that they would find more comfortable beds, as this was mentioned in a few other reviews as well. If you don’t have any back issues, you shouldn’t have any issues though!

Carolina is amazing. I have never felt so relaxed and at peace - as a mother of two under two, it’s so hard to take time for yourself & when you do you want it to be worth your time. Well, this was everything I’ve ever dreamt of and then some. Do the Ultimate Spa, do it with Carolina. You will not be disappointed.
