The Day Spa Rejuvenation Center

My sister treated me to a massage and I was paired up with Deanna. I asked if she could do deep tissue and she said yes. That experience was very underwhelming. I asked to focus on my back, hips & thighs. There was no glute/hip/thigh work. She put lotion on my arms and legs but did no deep tissue work there, just rubbing in light strokes and circular motions. It just was not what I was expecting. She did not meet with me after the service with water and to ask how it went for me. It was disappointing.

I had my massage a couple of weeks back with Juanita and she was fabulous! I came in with a very painful lower back where it took me 5 minutes to get up off the table. Let me tell you, 3 days later I felt like a whole new woman. All staff were very pleasant and the outdoor room was comfortable and relaxing. Fast forward to today I decided to use my gift card to spoil my 16 year old and was told that I could only use it for spa services. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because I feel there are some communication errors. My prior service I was told I could use it for a glass of wine or at the smoothie bar. I was a little perturbed and confused but the Rejuvenation facial that Rebecca did for my daughter is amazing! I'm so happy we came.

I called and ask for 2 appointments, one for me and one for my mom. We both had gift cards for $285 Mindful Escape package. Which came with facial, massage, manicure and pedicure. Our appointments was set for 2:00 March 7, 2025. Check-in was good, my first thing was a facial. That went great no complaints, over at 3:00.The problem came once I was told to sit in the lobby area for my name to be called. I sat there for an hour watching multiple customers come in and be called for a massage. My mom's manicure and pedicure was done by this time. So the lady that was doing pedicures called me in next, my mom sat in the lobby at the table I was sitting at. Clear view of the table from the pedicure chair. I then hear my name called so my mom told them that I was in the room for pedicure, i heard the lady say ok then came back and called my moms name. It was around 4:15 at this point. I explained that I needed to leave by 6 and just wanted the pedicure. She explained to me I would still be charged for the manicure i said OK that's fine. She went to let her manager know that I had been waiting for an hour before she called me and I needed to leave by 6. Manager comes in tells me she apologize for the mix up and asked if I would like to reschedule my massage, I said yes. She then asked if I wanted a different type of massage that was a shorter time and I asked the lady would my pedicure be done in time and she said no. The manager asked me if I would like a complimentary snack or meal for me having to wait, I said no. The manager then calls the lady out the room for an additional 10 to 15min talking to her. My pedicure was done by 5:30, which I saw my mom coming back from her massage at the same time. Mom only had facial left to do. I go to checkout and was told I would have to pay the full price for all the services even what i didnt get done. I looked at the manager and tell her that's not what you told me. You told me since it was a problem with the way someone did the schedule and I was sitting for an hour I could just reschedule my massage. Then she says your appointment time for massage is at 6 so you can stay and get it done. I told her it couldn't have been at 6 because someone called my name when i sat down in the pedicure chair and my mom told them i was in there. She then told no because you canceled the same day and that package is for 5 hours. Which it does not say that on the flyer that came with the gift card. We went back and forth about what she said to me then changed it at checkout. The lady checking me out asked if I wanted to reschedule the massage and I asked the manager will I have to pay now and the new appointment and she said yes. I told the lady to go ahead and check me out because I will not reschedule and have to pay twice. I have been here before and did not have to wait more than 30mins. The manager also explained to me that they allow 30mins in between customers for cleanup, I said OK I still sat there for 30mins doing nothing. If I would've had my massage at the free time I had I would've been leaving at 6 still, because I didn't want the manicure. I really like this place but the customer service today was not good at all.

Wow! I was blown away by this place, such an oasis in Fayetteville. I came for a rejuvenation massage and my masseuse was Sue. She was incredible and did the perfect amount of pressure. The rejuvenation is a full body massage, including arms and legs and neck. I added aromatherapy (an extra $10) and the scents were beautiful. I found the prices reasonable, the aesthetic superb and quality top notch. You get a robe and flip flops (i kind of wish they used slippers instead of plastic flip flops but it’s such a small detail can’t really complain!) and there’s a locker to leave your stuff securely. They also have a cafe, which wasn’t apparent on their website and was a nice surprise. The menu has breakfast, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, salads and champagne, wine and beer. I got a mimosa and salad for lunch - fresh and delicious, eating on the terrace just added on so much to the whole experience. I cannot wait to come back for another massage or to try out some of the other services.

Tracy is wonderful! Best mani/pedi anywhere. Front desk ladies are awesome. Don’t go anywhere else for your spa experience.

5 Star Ultimate Experience!! Gave it a try again..was fortunate to speak with Caitlyn ...She was awesome!! She setup the arrangements for me and 3 of my Birthday Queens!...2 Pedicures and 2 Massages. The experience was better than PERFECT!!...We all were impressed with the services, charcuterie board, and ambiance TheDaySpa provided!! To top it off Amber and other staff were AmazZzing! Juanita’s hands are magical! I had the 90 minute deep power massage with hot stones. It was hands down one of the best massages I have ever had!

I’m getting married in 2 weeks and my face decided to breakout, I just moved here so finding someone to do a facial right before my wedding was stressful to say the least. My girl Lyn hooked me up!! She was very sweet, professional, and educational on what I could do up until the wedding to make sure I have an amazing day! I even went back a few days later for my eyes brows and she did amazing:) I will definitely be going back!
