Don’t be put off by the limited availability—it’s a testament to the incredible facility and outstanding service at Bodhi Spa. The place is extremely clean, and the staff is simply wonderful. I was impressed right from the start: the robe and slippers provided are great, and the lockers are the easiest to use—easily outperforming those at larger spas like Bota Bota in Montreal and Balian Springs in Alexandria. The only downside during my visit was that I wasn’t scheduled for the water circuit. After changing in my cozy robe, I had to wait in the lobby for the esthetician—a slight hiccup that took away from an otherwise fantastic experience that began in the locker area. Luckily the reception area was very busy and had no available seating. The staff kindly escorted me into the water circuit to wait until they were ready. That gesture was amazing, and I believe this waiting area should be the standard for all customers. One more note: I didn’t receive a survey after my service, which would have been a great opportunity to give kudos to the staff for their exceptional work. Overall, Bodhi Spa is a gem in Newport and I can’t wait to go back!

We loved it! Every detail was great. It was so relaxing. Hot tubs, steam room, 3 different saunas! I didn’t get too many pictures, because camera not allowed inside the water journey room. It was easy to walk to from the area with many shops and restaurants. My only complaint was how far in advance I needed to book the reservation. I wish there were more appointments available. Our appointment was 2 1/2 hours and I think I would’ve been happy with a shorter one if it was available, even 1 hour would be fine. And please Bodhi spa, expand to more locations!! How about Medford, MA? 😀

Very clean, beautifully decorated, albeit small, spa. Staff was a little awkward helping us for the first time, but they were all friendly and very helpful. The Swedish massage was very nice. The massuers were very professional and did a great job. It was pretty expensive, but I think you get what you pay for.

Clean and gorgeous. What a gem. Had a prenatal massage and have never felt so relaxed. The water journey looks dreamy, the perfect mix of hot and cold pools and quiet spaces, water glittering in the dark space.

My husband and I decided to try out the Newport location because we love the one in Providence so much. The outdoor portion of it was gorgeous and so relaxing. I love the little hidden sauna out there. I wouldn't say it is better or worse than the Providence location. Just special in it's own lovely way

I brought my boyfriend here his birthday to experience the Water Journey. The staff was friendly and the establishment is very clean and sanitary. I love the light weight robes and lavender scented cooling towel! The price is great and 2.5 hours is plenty of time to relax and be rejuvenated!

Scheduling I found was difficult, 4 weeks from the initial call. Sharon did a fantastic job with the massage. The water journey was enjoyable. The staff were very kind.
