To see the before and after results of the scalp scope views, as well as how healthy my hair would look and feel a few short hours later-transformative. I have been a client of Shannon for over a decade and so I got so very excited about the Scalp Facial services since Shannon first told me she was going to begin offering them. I have been to several other spas, including Allure in Anchorage, as well as a few higher end spas in the Lower 48. Please believe me when I say that this was the best spa experience that I've ever had; and I'm not saying that because she's been my stylist for 10+ years, but because she truly takes the time to listen and understand the client's concerns and how best to address it. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does and that she absolutely loves pampering her clients with the Scalp Facial. She really does go all out with it! She literally turns her already upscale gorgeous Beauty Cottage into a high-end spa while you get ready for the Scalp Facial- the ambiance, the lighting, music, and heated blanket chair totally sets a relaxing mood, all carefully chosen by Shannon so that you have the best experience. It was so beautiful! She spoiled me with all kinds of love and thoughtfulness that you don't get from a normal Facial. That is what truly blew me away. Even if it's just to pamper yourself for some well-deserved and much needed relaxation- it is well worth the wait!! I can't wait to do it again.

After receiving a Lux hair treatment , I must say that was the most luxurious self-care I’ve ever treated myself to. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Had a very educational and relaxing scalp facial! I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. Shannon takes relaxation to a whole new level! If you haven’t done this yet, I highly recommend treating yourself. Self care is just as important as anything else you do.

The absolute best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to my hair!! And I even got an incredible facial and massages! I was in absolute heaven! From the moment you enter the cottage to the moment you leave you are pampered above and beyond! Every little detail was 5 star! I love how much education I got and the personalized treatment for my scalps needs, and now I know the best way to care for my scalp and hair after the thorough explanations I was given. As well as the really cool, very zoomed in camera getting to see every detail on my scalp! The before and after was really incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it and am so glad I did this! I will be taking much better care of my scalp after what I learned and excited to see hair growth!

I received the Luxe scalp facial service. The amount of treatment that is included in this service is unmatched. It was informative, beyond relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. Finished off with an extremely generous goody bag, I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

I truely enjoyed the scalp facial treatment. Starting with looking all over my scalp to check out the hair follicles with this camera that is also a magnifier. Then some different types of exfoliation tools to scrub the scalp.. this part felt exceptionally wonderful to work through the scalp and was very relaxing.. being shown how to increase the blood flow to the scalp to Promote hair health was very interesting. Then there was the comfy bed with warm covers and an eye mask… and soft relaxing music. There was light therapy with blue red and green lights and ozone on my scalp which she wrapped my head in some kind of turning while the ozone was mingling with my scalp. The hand massage was out of this world. She then washed and moisturized my hair and after drying it went through my scalp again with the magnifying scope and what a wonderful difference! My scalp feels healthy and alive. I would/will recommend this to everyone I talk to.. great experience

Shannon is such an amazing person and I always feel rejuvenated when she is done working her magic, this was the best experience ever I would recommend a scalp facial to anyone who wants some knowledge about their scalp or even just some you time to get pampered
