I scheduled a 90 min massage for my Father for his Birthday and he told me that he arrived 15 mins early for his scheduled appt and waited in the lobby about 15 mins before someone came from the back to greet and check him in. Once he got to his room he wasnt given a robe to change into and waited on the bed for another 10 mins before someone came into the room for his massage so his massage started 30 mins after the scheduled start time and then they still ended as scheduled so he didn't get his full 90 min massage. Very disappointed as I've visited many times and had great experiences and he was really looking forward this.

I just had one of the best, most soothing facials ever. Selena was amazing, welcomed me in, asked me about my skin and goals of doing a facial and then tailored it for me. It was sooooo relaxing and included a shoulder+arms massage, tea after in their little relaxation room. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin felt baby soft. Highly recommend.

I splurged today and had a massage and facial at a new place to me - The Back Porch Day Spa - and I’m so glad I found it! Amazing massage by Walter, great facial by Amber, extraordinary atmosphere and wonderful staff. The vibes were really relaxed and special even during this COVID madness (masks, temperature check). I’ve lived in big cities and paid easily twice as much and not felt as welcomed and satisfied. Already have my next one scheduled for next month.
