Simply wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful and you are so close to great hiking but not far from downtown Santa Fe too. We stayed two nights in the Bessou house and it was so pleasant. Spacious room, nicely decorated, wood in the stove ready to go for a fire. The bed was super comfy and the front porch area is very private. The spa is lovely. We had great massages and spent a lot of time in the grand bath area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

This location is stunning! The nature and the architecture. We only went for the private spas, and it was one of the most fun, interesting, and intimate experiences. I would ABSOLUTELY come back. The staff was fantastic and kind, very accommodating. The private spa itself was BEAUTIFUL. I recommend this place. Don't think just book!

Sauna, together with cold plunge, was amazing. I am familiar with Japanese sauna culture. I can assure that this hotel's sauna is good enough to live up with expectations by Japanese sauna lovers.

This is definitely a must try resort! Although it’s really hard to book.. I came to Santa Fe just for it. I enjoyed all their details of Japanese style decoration and the selections of plant! Every scene was intoxicating. And the private spa was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The only thing I’d complain was the restaurant, the food wasn’t as quality as the resort. It could be better! However, I’ll try the other lodgings next time!

We stayed in the room called Bessou. Lodging has lots of different choices, there is even room that has a small courtyard and accepts small pets. Everything is very clean there are lots of new buildings and rooms built in the last year or two. One of the only challenges is this place fills up quickly and so getting lodging when you are hoping to travel can be a challenge.

Wow! I’m already looking forward to my return! I stayed in the Sailor Moon room and from its little nooks and features, it was a very fun stay. Awesome two person shower. And fun daybed with an overhead light feature. From the excellent service to the spa, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a gem and one of the best places to stay in the west. The adjoining spa and restaurant also can’t be missed. As I said, I can’t wait to return and explore more!
