Cailee is amazing! She is conscientious, attentive, professional, and an inquisitive and intelligent young woman to boot. I am new to the area, but Cailee was able to retrieve my information from my previous Aveda salon, and modified my color formula based on what I wanted today, and the results were fabulous.

Staff at Tangerine is always welcoming and helpful. Molly is the go to for amazing color and cuts! She was able to decipher what I wanted in one visit and I plan to continue my visits to the salon as long as we live in TN!

First time coming, I wanted a color, blend that matched my hair. I only needed roots done, because the last time I had all over. The girl was sweet but didn’t know what she was doing. My grey had grew out so I justrd need the roots done. I wanted a blonde to blend. I got brown. When I told the girl she said my blonde was a 10 but she put on a 8 why didn’t she match my 10. I’m very upset with my look. The firm I filled out I put on there I wanted someone to who knew how to do color. Experienced. She didn’t even look at it. When I was telling her about my picture blonde she said she didn’t look at it. Very upset. No blonde in this photo.

I booked a blowout with Brittani. Very relaxing environment. Friendly staff. And she did a great job with my hair. I booked the service to hair look good fot a photoshoot. The photographer cancelled on me 15 minutes before the session. But I still felt calm and relaxed from my hair appointment so I didn't get too sad. I'll be back to the salon the next time I need a service.

Just got back from my massage with Nancy Smith and am feeling brand new. Such amazing care was given to me. Originally a back muscle pulled but also a need to relax my whole body. Nancy takes much time to make you comfortable. I really appreciate her professional approach and her teaching me how to take better care of myself between our sessions. Johna is an absolute treasure! I have been to see her twice and have already scheduled my next appointment. She’s so upbeat and cheerful. Not only to clients, but also towards the other staff members. Both times I’ve seen her she listened to everything I wanted, while keeping it maintainable for me. The best haircuts I have ever had. Highly recommend seeing Johna!!
