LISTEN, hands down.. one of the best experiences I have ever had! The cleanliness, the attention to detail, the desire to ensure you are comfortable, the scalp massage, it was nothing short of AMAZING! I’m definitely going back. :)

I had an amazing experience at this spa. The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is very easy to make a reservation. The environment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and creates such a relaxing atmosphere. The girl who provided the massage was skilled and attentive, ensuring a truly rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for top-notch service and care. Five stars all the way! Besides, I will try another location in the future which is closer to me.

I finally got to experience a Headspa ! I have only ever seen these on Tiktok and I envied those receiving this service. I was so excited when I saw one opened at Independence Center !!! Supa Kawaii is located inside Independence Center Mall on the upper level where Francescas used to be. The facility was extremely clean, welcoming, and the ambiance was very spa-like. They even have robes !! Emilie was my tech, and she was wonderful. I melted into the table and enjoyed 75 minutes of relaxation and stress relief. Everything from the waterfall therapy to the scalp massage to the face cleaning... I can't wait to go back !!

This looked relaxing and soothing, so I booked an appointment for me and my two daughters at the Independence Center location. Before I booked I specifically asked the young lady that I spoke with on the phone if they are able to work with thick curly hair because we didn't want to have our hair full of tangles, she assured me they do work with thick curly hair. The day came and we each had different ladies. The young lady I had was not bad but the facial and arm/hand massage was the best part. My two girls did not have a good experience and when they came out their hair was completely tangled. One of my daughter's said the lady gave her the comb to comb out her own hair. I feel if they all didn't know how to work with curly hair they could have said that so that I would not have wasted my money. We will not be going back for the hair spa and would not recommend for people with thick curly hair.

I was visiting KC from Indiana and booked the Deluxe package for my friend and I. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were so pleasant. This place is super clean and very relaxing. The treatment was everything we needed and more. The girl who did my head applied great pressure and was responsive when I asked for more pressure. One thing to be aware of is they blow dry your hair which is completely different from a blow out. I brought my flat iron because I assumed that my hair would be blown out dry and straight and I can flat iron it myself because we had to go out after. But they just pass the blow dry over your hair (no comb attachment) so it's not dripping wet when you leave. So I just slicked my hair back and applied gel to keep it together, which I didn't want to do because they used some amazing products in my hair. So for the curly hair black and brown girls just be prepared to have to fix your hair or just go straight back home after. My hair felt so amazingly soft once I got back that night and finished blowing it out and flat iron. I would go back here once a month if I lived here but i will be better prepared.

My husband and I visited Supa Kawaii for a head spa treatment and had a great time. We both enjoyed the experience and left very relaxed. I appreciate that the location is inside of Independence Center, it was very convenient and I appreciate that they are helping to keep the mall going!

Amazing experience. Was kinda suspicious since it's in the mall, but the girls today did AMAZING!! They made my damaged hair feel so soft and healthy, my skin feels great, and it was sooooo relaxing. I def recommend giving ut a try for yourself, especially if you have a lot of tension

I visited this head spa with my wife, and while waiting for her, I decided to try a massage myself. It was an incredible experience! I want to say that this spa is perfect for everyone.
