I decided to treat myself to a visit to Sunrise Massage & Spa after a surfing this morning for muscle recovery. Song definitely provided me with an incredible service. I chose a 90-minute Swedish and Lomilomi massage and walked away out feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I’ll definitely return on my next holiday!

This is a must-go massage place in Honolulu! I had a 90 minute Swedish and Lomi massage with an extra facial cleansing treatment. It was absolutely amazing! I had been dealing with sunburn but the skin therapy I received from Song was incredible and was exactly what I needed! Highly recommend this treatment and highly recommend Song!

I recently had the pleasure of getting a massage from Ada, and it was truly the best experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, Ada’s warm and welcoming energy made me feel instantly relaxed. Her attention to detail and ability to pinpoint exactly where I was holding tension was incredible. The pressure was perfect—firm enough to work out knots but never uncomfortable. She clearly has an expert understanding of the body and how to promote healing and relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers exceptional results, Ada is the one to see. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage itself was fantastic—just the right balance of therapeutic pressure and soothing touch. I’m honestly confused by my experience here, in every way this was not a 5 star experience. First of all, I called the week before because I wanted to do a couples massage and I am pregnant so needed a prenatal massage. I wanted to make sure that they had the right people and were prepared. When I called I was told to text what we wanted and got a reply that it was booked. When we showed up at 2 pm there was obviously no record of our appointment. We waited 15 min for other couple massage to finish and then there was 15 min of confused conversion about what we wanted. They had us go in the room and get undressed/covered but then kept coming in and out of the room obviously trying to figure out things. At one point my masseuse started my massage and then stopped and left the room. They finally got started at 230 which I know because there is a clock on the wall that I was facing. The prenatal massage was pretty disappointing, I just got the same motions on my back for 20 min until I asked for her to move on, which to her credit she did. She also had her phone on the bed that kept vibrating with texts. There’s no music playing which is fine but it’s in a hotel lobby so you can hear all the loud people coming/going. Also we were told we were done at 350 which is 10 min short of the 90 min massage we paid for. I gave it 3 stars because my husband said he had a wonderful deep tissue massage. So I guess I would not recommend this place for pregnant ladies but seems fine for deep tissue massage.

My partner and I went in for a couples massage. We got the deep tissue massage/Hot stone massage. We were served by Song, and Ada. Ada did such a great job! I could feel the knots leaving my shoulders! My partner and I left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated, Would definitely come back again!!
