I recently received a gift card in the amount of $240 for this salon. I have tried on two different occasions to utilize this gift card. The first time I was told that the service I wanted (highlight touch up) could not be performed because it would compromise my hair. I was disappointed but I respected the stylists decision. I decided to try to utilize the gift card by scheduling a wax appointment instead. I called and scheduled my appointment a week in advance. When I made the appointment I had the person on the phone repeat back to me our appointment date and time so that I could put it in my calendar (as I always do when making appointments). I was extremely excited about this appointment and looked forward to it all week. I got a baby sitter and headed to my appointment, I got there 15min early. About 10min before my appointment I approached the building and realized the door was locked. I waited outside for a while and when I called the salon to see what was going on a woman approached the door and unlocked it to speak to me. She was immediately rude. When I told her I was there for my 1pm appointment she told me that my appointment was scheduled for 12:30 and that she would have to reschedule me because she no longer had time. I asked if I could receive a text verification to ensure this didn’t happen again and I was told “NO” flat out. She was very unprofessional. I sat outside the salon in my car because I was extremely disappointed and after about 10min she exited the salon and left. At this point it seems they think it’s okay to take money and provide a gift card without ever having to provide a service.

I HIGHLY recommend Patty for your nails! I have been going to Patty for some time now and I will not let anyone else touch my nails! Patty takes the time to really understand what you are wanting, and she does a fantastic job EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!

Definitely do NOT recommend. Made an appointment for 300 pm today after recommendations from a friend. Closed. Called number several times but no answer. Left message. Will not be back after wasting my time.

Unfortunately I received a gift card here in February of 2020, right before the Covid-19 shut down. I was unable to use my gift card right when they reopened because I was pregnant and attempting to social distance (as recommended by the CDC). When I attempted to use my gift card after Covid-19 vaccines were made available and things were going back to normal, I was told there was no massage therapist working for them, and they attempted to substitute a massage request with a facial and aromatherapy package which I was not interested in. Fast forward to a today when I had a massage scheduled, and pulled out my gift card, they told me it expires one year after purchase. This is actually against federal law which states it is valid for a minimum of 5 years (The Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act). I called the owner to explain the situation and she actually told me “go get a massage somewhere else” and HUNG UP ON ME mid sentence. I am astonished at the lack of customer service and outright rudeness of the owner. Would not recommend at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service!! Worst I’ve ever dealt with actually. Cancelled twice now on my husband and I on the day of our massage appt. Felecia the owner is the most unprofessional “owner” I’ve ever spoken with and immediately got an attitude with me... even said “you want me to come in and give it to ya???” As she laughed... When I simply asked for my money back, since we were using a gift card, she replied “you just want that cash, it’s not even your money! It’s your mother in laws, you just want the cash!!” Like really, lady? I just wanted a couples massage with my husband actually. Ive never in my life been treated so poorly by an “owner” of a business. There are other really great establishments in Bowling Green that will treat you better and give a wonderful massage! I suggest you go elsewhere :)

Appointment for massage got cancelled the day of twice. No apology from the owner, just said “this stuff happens!” I’m sure the staff is great, but wouldn’t know since they’re always getting “sick” and cancelling last minute. Owner was extremely rude and inconsiderate and actually mocked us, laughed at us, and then hung up on us with. But they offered a free 30 minute bath! So there you go. There’s too many other quality establishments in town that do exactly what they do to waste your time here and get treated like a turd.
