Amazing experience! the 2 hours head spa treatment was the best experience I ever had. It was so wonderful, I want my family and friends to book one. I will definitely be back for another treatment. Merzeena is very knowledgeable and and super friendly. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and comfortable. She explained what was going to happen and what she was doing every step of the way. I had the most wonderful time relaxing through the oil drop and deep cleaning of my scalp. she took the time to gave recommendations on products I should use to improve my wellbeing and health.

She didn’t just work her magic on my scalp, she educated me on how to maintain that feeling long after I left. We chatted a lot about natural remedies and essential oils, which was so reassuring that the products she uses are clean and functional brands with purposeful ingredients. She has really done her research! Even better (and unlike many places that keep their secrets to themselves) she openly shared product recommendations and lifestyle changes that actually make a difference. From the soothing scalp massage to the invigorating cleansing process, every step felt intentional and deeply restorative. My hair and scalp have never felt better, and I left not just relaxed, but empowered with knowledge to keep my scalp and hair healthy. Even though all her recommendations have kept my scalp issues under control (i have seborrheic dermatitis) I’m beyond grateful for this experience and will absolutely be back.

This review is actually waaayy overdue… I scheduled a Hair Loss Head Spa Treatment for my mom’s birthday (early weeks of November), AND LET ME TELL YOU… this was the best experience I could’ve ever gifted her. I’d run out of characters trying to describe how incredible it was! Mind you, my mom doesn’t speak English, but I do—and Merzceena, the technician who worked with her, was nothing short of an icon. She’s the definition of a “girls’ girl.” I knew her for just 20 minutes, and I already adore her! She made everything so easy to understand, creating a welcoming and positive vibe. She even let me stay during the process to translate for my mom, which was incredibly thoughtful. While my mom received her treatment, Merzceena set me up in what I can only describe as *the heavenly chair*. It was heated, and with the chilly room and the cozy blanket she provided, it felt like pure bliss. The service at this place is truly A-MA-ZINGGG! I didn’t even get the treatment myself, yet I felt so relaxed—it was like experiencing ASMR in real life. Now, about my mom—she’s someone who’s constantly stressed, but she managed to relax for an full, uninterrupted, two-hours, which is practically a miracle. She absolutely loved every second of it! We were also recommended some fantastic hair and skin products, and let me tell you, my mom left so happy and excited. She looooveeeddd the entire experience. We’re already planning our next appointment. My mom will be coming back for her stem cell treatments (for hair and face), and I’ll be booking a facial because, seriously, if this is how amazing the service is, I can’t miss out. Oh, and did I mention? The place smells SO GOOD—I want to live there! In short, this was the best gift I could’ve ever given my mom. I can’t recommend this place enough! If I had to describe it, I’d run out of synonyms for “amazing” on Merriam-Webster. Trust me, you have to try it!
