I had the pleasure of receiving a cupping massage from Barbara, and it was, without a doubt, the best massage I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, professional, and deeply knowledgeable about her craft. Throughout the session, she maintained excellent communication, ensuring the pressure was just right and even took the time to show me two helpful stretches to improve my mobility. If I ever find myself in Connecticut again, I will absolutely be booking another appointment. Thank you, Barbara—you are truly a healer and an amazing person!

Barbara is absolutely amazing! I go in pain and stressed and I leave feeling brand new! She takes the time to listen to my concerns and customize my treatments for me! I’ve had A LOT of massages in the past and nobody compares to her! Thank you for always taking such good care of me.

I have been looking for a place that actually does a good job at waxing (Brazilian or bikini) for a while in the Berlin area. I finally came to see Margaret here Stranded at the Spa and she did a FANTASTIC JOB. I will be back to see her. Every other place in the area left hairs behind and didn’t seem to care about doing a good job. You can tell Margaret cares about what she does and she has a great attn to detail.

The owner, Marget, was so professional and personable! The establishment was very clean and relaxing- with a beach view atmosphere! Got a Brazilian and underarm waxing, it took only 30 minutes. She also talked me through what she did and why, and educated me on exfoliating. 10/10 would go again!

My teenager was thrilled with her salon visit! She wanted this prep to use home temporary colors with. With her thick hair, this is likely the best haircut she's received as well. We appreciate the time Angie spent on my children's haircuts, at most salons they are rushed and very blunt but here she took time to texture and shape their hair appropriately!! Experience and service is well worth the price.

This is my 2nd time getting the Diamond Microdermabrasion facial by Margaret and is now my permanent place to go. Margaret is very profession and is skilled at what she does. She’s extremely knowledgeable about skincare methods. I like that she doesn’t sell products or push brands onto customers but will answer honestly when I ask her questions. You haven’t had a real facial unless you’ve worked with Margaret. 100% recommended!

The best SpA!!! Discovered this place 2020. I was their last client before the shutdown. I've been so selfish I refuse to share this place with anyone because of how good they are and I can't stand hearing there's no spot available 😭 however, I moved out of state but every time I go back I get my facial, and massage. BARBARA & MARGRET are the best! It always feels at home when I'm there 🥰🥰 thank you guys so much.

I went to Stranded at the Spa for the first time last week for a facial and what a great experience! Margaret was so nice and very knowledgeable. She analyzed my skin and made suggestions based on my specific skin concerns. The facial was so relaxing and I learned a lot about skincare. Margaret also told me what I should add to my daily skincare routine which was super helpful. I left there with my face feeling smooth and looking brighter and cleaner. After check out, I made sure to book my next appointment before I left. I highly recommend Margaret and Stranded At The Spa. Can’t wait to go back!
