Have had great experiences with everyone except for one woman. Woman was incredibly rude and insensitive alluding to me being pregnant before my salon treatment even though I very much was not. Everyone outside that one bad egg is great to deal with.

My hair is a big part of my style and expression and Marissa is the only person I've trusted to touch after 5 years of bathroom haircuts. The environment is great, the vibe is always matched, I can sit back and know I'm happy when I walk out! Only spot in the burlington area I'm going to

I was recommended by my friend because she had got a such a good hair style and she told me it was only 45 dollars so I wanted to give it a try and I went there they were super nice they asked me if I wanted any kind of beverage and it my hair was washed very well. I had asked for a layer cut and she did what I said and style it but even after styling it I could barely see the layer but didn’t wanted to say anything because i don’t really like complaining on front of people because I feel like it makes them feel bad. She told me that it would have looked better if my hair was little shorter and I said can you make it shorter now then she said we don’t have time. I was fine didn’t say anything. Then I went to pay and it said 75 dollars like I had booked because it said 45 dollars in the website and my friend also only paid 45 dollars then they told me there is level of hair stylist my hair stylist was level 2. I was literally shocked because they should have told me that before like i didn’t got what i asked for. My hair is literally the same no change my 75 dollars was wasted. I just wish i could get my money back like it didn’t worth it. I do not recommend this place. It’s just very frustrating when you pay so much money and don’t even get what you ask her. I don’t recommend this solan to anyone. I am just very very frustrated right now I lost literally one day of my income. This place is only for people who have got enough money to waste.

This was my 1st cut since the pandemic started. I felt comfortable with the changes they made. Capacity was limited, the chairs were separated by plastic barriers, I saw chairs get disinfected after use, and the staff were all wearing masks. I was very nervous about my appointment, but the staff were all incredibly nice and easy to talk to after not having interacted with anyone new in several months. My stylist listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment!

Compliments to the chef. My hair looks great and I love the vegan hair care products. Thankful for the coffee and water offerings. Simple but when you’re in the chair for a few hours, it’s the little touches that keep you coming back. Wish there was champagne,rose, or mimosas served like my previous salons in other cities.

I was a bit nervous to try a new stylist but Jessika has been awesome! She really listens to what I want to do to my hair and makes excellent suggestions. The cuts she has given me have been great and I always leave looking and feeling amazing! If only I had her talent with a paddle brush!

I want to look good enough, but I don't want to deal with it at all. This is a fantastic place. Extremely friendly and personable, but with a kind of breezy professionalism that has become rare in service industries. When I walk in this place it is the experience of being a valued guest whose preferences are remembered, but without the white-glove pricetag that usually comes with this level of attention to detail. Also, I have really difficult hair to cut. Curly, and a double cowlick. I just got used to walking away from a haircut looking a bit silly until I showed up at Stephen and Burns. They are perfectionists, and genuinely want you to leave feeling satisfied. Top rating! Excellent business!

My 22yo babe just had their 4ft long, curly magnificent locks styled yesterday. They said they had a wonderful experience! They felt pampered, seen, and listened to. Their hair looks BEAUTIFUL. We’re longtime fans. Thank you, S&B!
