Mike is an amazing owner. He honestly made a one pop shop when it comes to health and wellness. The place smelled so clean when I walked in I feel like I needed to take my shoes off. Nothing but amazing hospitality and energy inside this location. As a fellow therapist myself these prices for the amount of work you can get is just undeniable. They absolutely have my business as a therapist here. You will not find a better package for couples and any spa in Las Vegas!

Amazing spa perfect place to get all the necessities done for the body. From singles and couples massage to having hair and facial care afterwards. Also having a members account is a great option for locals and frequent Vegas travelers. It's one of the best massages I have had. I never had my face massaged apart of a full body massage and the masseuse used multiple techniques to get knots out of the body. I appreciate the kind service and the multiple options the venue gives. Perfect for a large group of friends to just going solo.

I had a one hour facial and a two hour massage - both were excellent! The front staff were very welcoming and friendly. I wish I had gotten my therapists names but they were both wonderful. I read some of the negative reviews before coming and I was a bit nervous but I did not have a bad experience at all. It was beautiful inside, clean, smelled wonderful and huge! I didn’t realize how big it was. If I had one complaint it would be that I could hear conversations in other rooms, it got a bit loud at times. I was so relaxed that it didn’t bother me that much though. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back!

It was a terrible experience having a sauna and massage here. I chose their VIP package, which included a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage. You might think their massage prices are reasonable, but the front desk lady seemed more focused on upselling additional services rather than providing good customer service. Her attitude was completely different before and after the payment—she was friendly at first but became indifferent once the transaction was complete. First, we went to the sauna, but everything was old and dirty. The shower-head was peeled off and the air felt toxic. When I stepped into the jacuzzi, there was a noticeable bad smell coming from the water. After those disappointing experiences, we finally got to the massage. Unfortunately, the masseurs lacked technique and were completely insincere. They placed my feet in hot water for a foot massage while I was lying down, which put my back in an uncomfortable position and caused severe pain. Now, I have back pain because of the massage. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This place was really nice, the massage therapist did a fantastic job and really worked my sore muscles. The location is clean and welcoming. My only gripe is we booked it online and and it was supposed to be 68 dollars but when we got there it was 88, still worth every penny though, and don't forget to tip your therapist they work work hard for it.

I just had the best 90 minute experience with Jeff. My initial reason for seeking out a massage was for self care in an effort to reduce stress and anxiety. He is caring, intuitive, and knows exactly what he is doing. He gives the most incredible massage, and can pinpoint exactly what your body needs. He also really listens! He is like a wizard- a very healing and therapeutic person - my pain is completely gone. I will book again with him for next week ;) ~Heather Evans

I have been a little bit stressed out lately and yesterday I woke up and my whole body was so sore so I felt like I needed to take a break and treat myself to a full body massage. I had a gift card that a friend gave me so I decided to try to use it there.. I saw a reel On Facebook about Star Beauty spa on Spring Mountain and Durango so I’d plan to go visit at some point. Anyway I went last night. I called made an appointment showed up. I had a really good massage. It was very relaxing. My feet were hurting as well and she massaged my feet. I ended up getting the membership. I will definitely be going back and try some different services. Today I’m feeling much better and the soreness went away!

My therapist Stephanie was absolutely amazing! Worked out kinks I didn't even know I had. The spa with sauna, jacuzzi, and face mask was awesome. First time using it even though I'd enjoyed Star Spa services many times before. Renewed my membership today. Will return more regularly now. Keep up the great customer service! 🌸
