This was my first visit to Spavia in Guilford, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making me feel at ease the moment I walked in. I booked a 100-minute Swedish massage with the CBD boost, and Zoe was my massage therapist—she was absolutely amazing! She used the perfect pressure throughout and checked in just the right amount. I was especially surprised and delighted by the multiple heat applications incorporated into the massage—something I’ve never experienced at other spas, especially not without a hefty price tag. Spavia offered a level of luxury and attention to detail that far exceeded my expectations, especially compared to other nearby spas that charge significantly more. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I started going to Spavia since they opened their Guilford location, around Covid. The spa was very quiet at that time and I tried the different massage therapists until i had Zoe! Ever since getting Zoe, I have never wanted anyone else. She is the most talented massage therapist ever, breaks up all my tightness and seems to know exactly where to go each time without being prompted. Zoe is extremely busy and tough to get in to because she is so good but worth the wait!!! If you're going for a facial, I highly recommend Kim!! She's amazing as well!! Knows her stuff!!

I had an amazing experience with both Pippa and Anthony! Pippa gave me a facial that was not only relaxing but also incredibly effective—my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. She was so knowledgeable about skincare and customized the treatment to my needs, making the whole experience both soothing and beneficial. Anthony’s massage was equally outstanding. He really took the time to understand my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. His technique was both therapeutic and relaxing, helping to relieve tension while making me feel completely at ease. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and I left feeling renewed. I highly recommend both Pippa and Anthony for anyone looking for high-quality skincare and bodywork!

The spa itself was just what I needed…beautifully decorated, peaceful, clean. Loved the added touches ….robe, slippers, neck warmer. Staff was super friendly and helpful also. My massage with Carol was top notch I’ve been seeing her for years she is the best!

Such an amazing first time experience. I got to experience all of the calm, soothing pampering I never knew my body needed. Such great customer service from all staff members and they did such a pristine job at making myself and my partner feel welcomed. We both came here for a couples massage for the first time and will absolutely, most definitely, be telling all my family/friends about Spavia. He and I will for sure be coming back. I had the MOST amazing massage at Spavia. I was completely and pleasantly surprised. My regular masseuse is out of town and I needed a little birthday relaxation. The building was beautifully done. Candles everywhere, a relaxation room to start your treatment in. A beautiful oasis that I will definitely go back to. Evan, Thank you so much!
