Absolutely loved our couples massage here. It was my third ever massage and my first one in Charlotte. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities our top notch and the massage by Dana was even better. My only complaint is that the massage didn’t last longer.😊

Exemplary experience for both myself & my daughter, from the time we walked in the door until the moment we left. All the little details were well thought out: ponytail holders in the bathroom, provided body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower & locker rooms, multiple teas to choose from, various lotion scents & music choices in our treatment rooms, we didn’t hear conversations or outside noise in the hallways while receiving our treatments… the list goes on. Not to mention the fabulous massage & facial we had. Easy check out and membership options, but no pushy sales people. Such a great experience from start to finish. It was my daughter’s first facial and she can’t wait to return. Thank you for making her day, Spavia!!

Great customer service from manager Ms. Lea to assist with planning a spa day for two of my friends birthday. Manager on duty was attentive and provided us a tour and overview of the day. All of the massage therapist who assisted us we’re excellent . This was two my guests first time having massages. Clean , quiet, safe location , and friendly staff.

I always start my month with a facial from Meagan—my skin and I love her so much! I genuinely look forward to seeing her cause she’s not only incredibly skilled but her warm personality makes every visit such a pleasure. Meagan has an amazing eye and always knows exactly what treatments my skin needs to achieve that glass-skin glow and texture. Since I started seeing Meagan my skin has only gotten better!

Spavia is an amazing experience. Great services, amenities, and professional staff. Biggest wins for me as a plus size woman the rob it fit me with room to actually feel comfortable walking around it the spa. My massage therapist Lismary heard my issues and responded to my needs, first massage I didn't walk out sore. My facial by Breanna also heard my concerns and had me so relaxed I fell asleep. Best half day I have had in awhile. Walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed.

2nd massage this week!!!1st was with Kywanna (sorry if I mispelled) very soothing 🫠and focused on releasing the tension spots. Immediately booked another to surprise my bf with a couples massage, Kywanna wasn't available so I had Lilly 🌺this time and he had Lucas💆♂️. Very relaxing, tranquil state of mind, superb service from everyone. The customer service is top notch, the ambiance takes you to an oasis of immediate relaxation from the moment you step foot into Spavia. Recommend this Spa 10/10 👌🏼

We absolutely love going to Spavia SouthPark! The staff is wonderful. I had an amazing massage with Summer! My husband had great glow facial. We are trying to go monthly.. My daughter first introduced me, I have since then introduced my husband and son. If you want to feel pampered, I highly recommend Spavia.

The Spa inside is beautiful and felt like it would be a very relaxing experience. UNTIL during my massage all I could hear was construction going on next door with a new restaurant being built. It was so disappointing. You pay good money for a relaxing stress free experience only to hear hammering, drilling and men talking. They should absolutely put a disclaimer on the website and discount the price!
