I went for a facial . KAtie was excellent . Best massage on shoulders and neck area with facia. She really took time and it was the most relaxing facia I had in this area. I am so pleased that I am thinking of getting the membership.

I love Spavia! Crystal greeted me right away and was so helpful in getting me ready for my facial. Vicky was an amazing esthetician and I had such a wonderful experience. It was so very relaxing and she addressed all my skin’s issues and concerns. The spa was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back again!!!

We had a disappointing experience. The place was fine and massage was good. My problem was with the fact that I prepaid for a gift card for a specific massage but at the end I was asked to pay extra. The explanation was that I had to pay tax. Ok, everyone has to pay tax BUT it better be included when you prepay for a gift. It is simply embarrasing to gift someone a service and have them pay extra when they arrive. Totally unprofessional. I talked to the manager and she explained that taxes are different in every state. Maybe that explanation worked when internet just started 30 years ago but today every little shop knows how to calculate taxes. Spavia, get your act together.

Entering Spavia, I immediately felt a sense of relaxation and peacefulness. It began with the warm greeting from Crystal who helped me to easily navigate my account and the treatment I would receive. The atmosphere is very soothing and provides a distinctive comparison to being on vacation. The warmth and professionalism helped to build the anticipation of the massage treatment I was so looking forward to. Lauren is an amazing therapist, knowing her craft and practicing it with such skill! She is warm and compassionate while being thoroughly professional. She knows the exact amount of pressure but will always respond to requests for changes. The tension just seemed to melt from my body as the hour progressed. The positive effects lasted for days! I cannot say enough positive about Spavia and Lauren’s healing massage! I will surely return.
