After another massage spot cancelled on me last minute, I called Spavia frantically in hopes they could get me in. The gal who answered the phone was so kind and helpful and was able to get me an appointment that morning with Roberto. He was lovely - super nice and did a wonderful job with the massage. I was also pleasantly surprised that they have a cozy changing room and lounge with warm robes, slippers, and heated neck pillows. Very happy as a first time customer and will definitely return to Spavia and Roberto again!

Maria L is both a wonderful person and massage therapist. I am a very active tennis player. She has given me some excellent advice for preventative maintenance and also works out the tight muscle issues I endure after a tough match. She is also very funny so enjoy our time together. I would give the customer service here 0 stars if I could. The spa services are fine for the price. Some providers are amazing, others less so. After 5 years, I have become more and more disappointed with my experience here. This is a transactional place, don’t expect a relaxing spa experience or helpful front desk staff.

I’ve been visiting Spavia for over a year, primarily for massages, and while the massage therapists are outstanding, the overall spa experience leaves a lot to be desired. The facilities are minimal and functional, but not much beyond that — they don't quite provide the relaxing, luxurious atmosphere you expect from a high-quality spa. That said, the reception staff are always friendly and helpful, which does add a positive touch right from the start. However, the massages make up for this. Roberto is absolutely one of the best — his technique is incredible, and he really knows how to create a truly relaxing experience. Aneta’s deep tissue work is exceptional — her technique really gets to the heart of muscle tension, and I always leave feeling relieved. JoAn is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to deep tissue massage — her strength is unmatched, and she can really dig in and break down the toughest knots, leaving you feeling completely refreshed. While the spa itself could improve in terms of atmosphere and amenities, the massage therapists are top-notch, and I’ll continue to return because of their expertise.
