I was so pleased to have a facial with Julia yesterday. I wanted to dedicate more self care to myself this year, and having Julia make me feel so good inside and out was everything. She was honest with my skin and what I needed, and provided recommendations that can help me. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I am so happy with her service, I signed up for the ultimate package and already booked my facial for February with Julia. I also love the fact that adding a family member to the membership is an option. So next month I'm surprising my husband with a facial by Julia and a lovely deep tissue massage. I am also in the industry of retail/ hospitality and having people like Julia is an example of a successful business. I am pleased and most importantly Julia made me feel beautiful and it made me so happy! Might I add Jack at the desk was lovely when I was checking out as well. He helped me with using the app and even scheduling my hisband and I next appointment. This is what hospitality is. I can't wait to see them next month! Thank you!

I had a gift card to this location and I booked an appointment online for 9am after the hours of operation. I quickly realized that the time I had booked I no longer could do. I went online to cancel the appointment and it said “can not cancel due to time frame of the apt”. The spa opens at 9am the exact time of my appointment so there was no opportunity for me to call and cancel or talk to about this. I rebooked another appointment for the same day, same service, under the same name just a later time. The receptionist (Kennedy) called me to see where I was and I explained to her the situation and that I will be coming in just the later apt. She proceeded to tell me that since I did not cancel my apt in 24 hrs I will be charged the cancellation fee(50% of the service). I told her I’d like to talk to someone else and she said that her manager won’t be in until the next day or the following day. My card was already charged at this point and i have not talked to a manager. I then went to the later appointment And explained to the receptionist there who claimed she was the GA(Noella). She was very unpleasant and rude. She told me that this is their policy no matter what. This was my first time visiting Spavia and I will never go back. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor representation of your company.

Came to this location to give them a second chance at making things right after my first horrible visit. Canceling appts. Trying to reschedule. Just a nightmare. And the manager/owner female is just so rude and insufferable. I’ll bring my business to Hand and Stone. Less expensive and better experience.

If I could give zero I would, I’ve left messages for the manager who refuses to return my call. I had an emergency and had to do a same-day cancellation i offer red proof of my emergency, but they did not seem to care, even though they still filled the spot for my appointment. They still charged me 50% of the massage. I will never go there again or recommend it. It’s a shame. Wow are you the manager or owner, when I asked to speak with the manager or owner I was told they were not available so who are you? Yes you did explain you had to pay the therapist, but you were able to book the time slot, I checked. Hopefully you were not as dishonest with your employee and shared the money with her as you were with me.

Had the best experience today with Frances. Her hands are magic and her demeanor is great! I highly recommend this location. Front desk was super professional and pleasant. Looking forward to booking another massage/service.

Julia gave me a wonderful facial and restored the moisture balance in my skin, I was surprised how moist and young my skin looked afterwards. In addition, Nicole was very helpful in rescheduling and provides great service. Looking forward to getting a Spavia membership so I can enjoy the experience regularly. Thank you, Julia and Nicole

My one star rating is due to receiving facials with ineffective products that actually made my skin worse and having multiple appointments canceled a few hours before the appointment time. Even though these people smile in your face, their services are not worth a penny. Don't waste your money or time here. Find a reliable place to go.

Last week, Spavia asked I could reschedule my appointment from Sunday 5pm to Sunday 10am to accommodate for the snow. I obliged. Spavia called me Sunday at 9am to cancel the appointment. I was pretty upset but we rescheduled for today 11am. I called this morning to double check and they are telling me that “someone else with your name called to cancel your appointment.” This place needs better staff that can manage a calendar.
