No complaints massage-wise. The masseuses are very good. They're 5/5. My only problem is the business practices by the owners. Two of my favorite masseuses no longer work there due to issues with how management treats their employees, however. Kindness is crucial so I hope they treat their employees better. Also, they often don't inform you of the cancelation policy and if you try to reschedule even hours before the massage they will charge you 50%. No call no show is a 100% charge. Hopefully this helps anyone reading reviews before booking.

Me and my wife loved this place so amazing. The atmosphere is great, they really take customer service to the next level. When you sign up you have a locker with your name on it with a robe your size and sandals your size. They welcome you with a warm tea and a warm neck towel and remember what sense you like for your massages. After your massage, you can treat yourself to a soothing hot shower and relax with another cup of tea!! Myone did my massage hands-down best massage I’ve ever had would definitely recommend coming here!

I’ve had a great experience every single time I’ve been here. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up getting a membership. The front staff and my massage therapists have all been fantastic. I’ve worked with Sarah and Cory in particular—both have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and kind. They listen and respond to what I’m looking for during each of my sessions. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking a great experience from start to finish.

Ash was fantastic and took great care of me! I definitely needed the deep tissue massage. Love the environment and all the amenities. Definitely coming back every month. Also an excellent location to utilize the “ClassPass” app!

This was my first time at Spavia Day Spa and I had one of the most unbelievable experiences! Ash was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job! I have gotten 100’s of massages over the years and this was legit one of the best. I loved the fact I got a robe and sandals. I loved the fact I got to choose my type of music and scent of massage lotion. I loved the fact I was on a warm table. I loved my conversation with Ash and I loved the techniques she used.

Sarah did my body wrap and salt stone massage and it was incredible! I fell asleep multiple times during my time with her because I was so relaxed and warm! Kailey gave me the best facial I have ever experienced - WOW! Her attention to detail while explaining I had been using certain products wrong was very helpful and insightful. While my husband & kids were out snowboarding, I really won the jackpot with this spa experience! :) Thank you from Ohio!

Great experience. I will definitely be back. The little details (great selection of teas, name already written on a courtesy locker, disposable combs in the bathroom, etc.) really add the extra touch of luxury. Great retreat and break from the stress, complexities, and business of life. All the employees I’ve ever dealt with here have been awesome and incredibly friendly. Ash—the latest therapist I had—gave me a great massage and offered tailored solutions to help out with some trouble areas in between visits. She listened to my concerns and focused on some serious knots and tension I carry in my back. I’ll definitely be back and am excited to go back.

Aimee was very sweet. Very good at conversation, which I asked for on the entry survey, but the massage was not good. She didn’t actually massage any of my muscles. She just kind of used her weight and slid her body across my skin, but didn’t get into any deep tissue massaging at all. I paid extra for 10 minutes of hands and 10 minutes of feet and she did one side of my hands and feet and then did not do the other side at all. It was really strange. However, my facial with Dre was absolutely amazing! She did a better job massaging my arms and hands than the massage therapist did.
