This is my second time here. We did a couples massage for Christmas and to ring in the New Year. The staff here is extremely professional and though they stay pretty busy they try their best to accommodate your schedule and needs. They were not able to do an add-on for us this visit because of the closing time and let me know before service. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. I love their setup and that they keep things dark and soothing unlike other places which are stark and sterile. There's tea, water, and heated towels in the retreat/waiting areas. The bathrooms and nice and clean with appropriate signage to direct where to dispose of your robe and slippers. We enjoyed our holiday wrap-up refresh.

I love going to Spavia. I have had very relaxing, calming, and beneficial facials. Esther and Brandy were great at explaining the process, checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable. The staff also walks you through the process and decorum which eased a lot of my anxieties the first time I went. They have so many options for services at different price points which I appreciate.

Received a facial from Brandi today. It was my first facial and my skin feels amazing. Overall, my time with Brandi was relaxed and she explained everything prior to starting. As far as the front desk, I feel as if I was left in the dark. They gave me a tour of the facility very quickly and provided me with a robe that was too small although my questionnaire had my size on it. I'm thankful I had shorts on underneath as I had an entire leg exposed. When I went to pay the girl wasn't very friendly, rang me up and talked to the next guest. I wasn't sure if the products recommended by Brandi were set out were for me to try or offer to purchase etc. The girl ringing it didn't acknowledge anything about them even after I had asked. As a first time customer, I felt like things could have been explained in way more detail.

Haley was AMAZING. I have had deep tissue massages when I’ve asked for a firm massage just to be disappointed and Haley left me sore the next day…in a good way! I wanted certain areas worked out and even though it was uncomfortable, she regularly checked in with me and I believe she was really trying to help me in the areas that have been hurting. The spa itself is beautiful and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will go back!!

The massage was excellent. Emily was very attentive to my personal wants and needs and applied appropriate pressure the entire time. She was also the ONLY person EVER who used a towel to clean my feet after the massage so I wouldn't feel like I'm skating inside the ice arena when getting off the table. The only negative in everything was that I waited in the waiting room about 5mins longer then I should have, and also again when I was brought inside the room, I waited maybe another 5mins before she came in, which I believe took time away from my massage that I paid for(maybe 10mins in total), but again that was the only downfall of this experience. However, as I've mentioned above, her attitude, the massage, her attentiveness, and her overall care were excellent!

Brandi took care of me for my first ever facial; she did a wonderful job explaining everything before we started. She answered all my questions with thoroughness; Brandi made me feel comfortable and relaxed! From the minute I walked through the door, everyone was very kind! 10/10 would recommend Spavia!

My first experience at Spavia was great! Super easy check in, I appreciated the tour and explanation before my appointment. The locker room was clean and worked well to store my items. Esther did a great job of educating me about my service and made sure my privacy was maintained throughout. It was a very comfortable and relaxing visit!

Christine is amazing in every way. Very good at what she does. Mostly I prefer deep tissue, but she can lighten up and do some relaxation techniques as well. Whatever you want, she delivers. Just FYI you have to book well in advance to get in with her. If you want another reference, Ashley is really good, too.
