Loved working with Spas of Montana. From my first visit to the showroom Brian was super informative and not pushy at all. Just wanted us to find the right tub for us. Then we worked with Breezy on all the logistics and she was very helpful and informative. She also assisted with explaining what we’d need to do to coordinate with the electrician and crane company. On the day of installation Joe and John were great. They arrived early for the appointment, took great care working with the crane operator to place the tub and explained well everything we needed to know. Really amazing that at every step of the process we were fortunate enough to work with very kind and helpful people. Would recommend Spas of Montana to anyone.

Brian, the Missoula store manager/salesman was great. He knew everything and was very knowledgeable about what he was selling in the store. No high pressure. Brian was very friendly. They had the D-1 spa of our choice in stock and Brian set up a delivery within 10 days. Our spa was delivered a day ahead of schedule which was perfect for us. The two young delivery guys were very good at placing the spa where we wanted it. They attached the spa to the existing electrical conduit and connected the wires. While the spa was filling with water they installed the cover and assembled the steps. After the spa was filled they made sure everything worked properly and they gave us a quick lesson on how to run the spa and how to use the chemicals. Spas of Montana is a 5 Star company.

I had an excellent buying experience today with Brian. He helped me work through some of my concerns and needs to have the right hot tub fit for myself and family. Brian understood that I was hoping to install myself the same day of purchase. Once I decided on the right fit we had it loaded on my trailer within 30 minutes. The tub came with all of the supplies and accessories one would need to have an easy install and start up. Brian is very knowledgeable and took my phone call to answer an install question. I was set up for success today and I had the hot tub up and running within 3 hours after leaving the store. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you for the honest and no gimmicks buying experience!

I had to have a service call and Sam did a fantastic job of being efficient and explainging things. Our experience from the moment we decided to take a look at hot tubs to the moment we had it delivered was amazing! Every employee we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. The tubs are actually more affordable than we thought! From shipping to delivery to warranty, the price was so reasonable! We have a very steep driveway and a sloped yard that they had to come down and the delivery guys weren’t even dazed. They got our tub in place and setup so fast! We look forward to passing on business and dealing with Spas of Montana in the Future!
