First time at this salon and I had an amazing experience. The staff's attentiveness, services and ambience are all phenomenal. I loved the set up, cleanliness and decorations. I recommend this place, it's worth every penny you pay. Keep up the great job!

I cannot comment on their services, because even though I called twice and sent an email to confirm, ‘someone’ booked me for the wrong date…by a week, on a day I’ll be out of state. No chance I gave them the date they had us booked for. And I had to give a $100 deposit. As for customer service, no consideration and a less than sincere apology, but I was able to get my deposit back. Had this booked for a 50th birthday for my friend and I. Tried to give a local business a chance and not go to a chain, but won’t be back here.

I’ve been there a couple times, never had a complain. Well today was different - from the nightmare dealing with their receptionist with her attitude and lack of customer service, to leaving at 6:40pm, and finding out only 2 hours later my gel manicure started cheeping off. Waste of money!

The worst place ever to get your hair done. They were nice but my hair completely RUINED. I asked a blonde balayage and i got burnt hair my entire hair was DISGUSTING. The girl Angela needs to get fired i hate this place and i do not recommend. She ruined my whole year and just honestly i don’t trust any hairstylist anymore. Bad Bad Bad and i know they felt bad for me and my hair after i walked out because they did a horrible job. I messaged a worker about my hair being ruined NICELY very NICELY and she BLOCKED ME. It wasn’t even the girl that did it badly. I don’t care how much i spent on my hair and it’s fixed now but i will forever have trauma from this place. I give it 0 stars. They were extremely rude when i messaged them because they blocked me???? i asked why my hair wasn’t doing well and what i should do because when i tell you it was ruineddddd. goodbye
