I had a great experience here. I called same day and was able to get their only available appointment. The receptionist, Diane, was very nice and professional. Regina, my massage therapist was great. She made it a very personable , relaxing experience. That hour went by too quick. I enjoyed the relaxing ambiance, they sit you in a nice, relaxing waiting room before your massage. I used my Spa week gift card with no issues (they do charge a fee, I was aware before I booked). All in all, I would recommend and will be returning for future massages.

I had the same experience with this business regarding “expired” gift cards. First off, I received this gift card as a gift for my bridal shower. When we called to book an appointment, the woman on the line said she found my gift card, stated my name and the amount. Then after she saw the purchase date, proceeded to tell my husband that the gift card was “booted” out of the system. How was it booted out of the system when you just pulled it up? So I called, the woman then told me that there is an expiration date on the paper. There was no expiration date. Then she says, oh well in the fine print, it says you can’t use it after a year. When I read the fine print, it mentioned that the gift card must be valid for a year from the date of the reopening of the spa due (April 2020) to COVID-19 virus closure. My gift card was purchased in 2022 so I had no idea that applied to this. If there’s a one year “policy” the person purchasing the gift card needs to be made aware. Nonetheless, this business is essentially stealing money. Someone paid this business $80, all for nothing. That is stealing, I don’t care how you look at it. On top of that, I am looking for a new spa to get massages I would’ve loved to try this business out to see if I could make it a part of my self care routine. But I will never spend my money here. I write blogs & create content for places people need to try while in Atlanta. I’ve seen quality customer service, and this place is just not it. I will make sure everyone connected to me knows what kind of business this is. Horrible.

After being referred by my neighbor to Spa Dreams for a prenatal massage, I decided to book an appointment. The staff was immediately kind and accommodating. I feel so comfortable here. I communicated my needs and pressure with my masseuse and it was perfect. Immediately following my first massage, I called my husband and he booked with the same masseuse for the same day! We both talked and raved about how it was one of the best experiences and massages we’ve had. I’ve since been going regularly to see Kimberly throughout my 3rd trimester and it’s one of the only things that provide me release/comfort that I desperately need. I’ve referred at least 2 other pregnant moms and gifted a massage + facial to my sister in law for her birthday. Everyone I’ve sent has had the same reaction “11/10”! Highly recommend!

My husband and I went for a couples massage and facials. They had a Facebook promo running so it would only be $50 per person per service, so $200 for the both of us. When I booked my appointment, I was informed that they automatically add on gratuity, which I am not a big fan of, I stressed my discomfort with automatically paying a gratuity as most people who are guaranteed a tip, don't perform as they should because they don't have to earn it. They insisted that they only add the gratuity because some people don't tip on the full amount, which I can totally understand, and that their staff treats everyone as if they have to earn their tip. So we booked it. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and their was a calming atmosphere. Our facials were awesome, my husband's massage was great, but my massage was awful. I felt as though I just paid for someone to rub my back, rather work out my knots. We emailed the owner to let them know I was dissatisfied, there response was that they would extend the promo through the end of November.... a savings of $10. She then went on to tell me that the massage I received was the way the massage therapists are told to do them, my husband's therapist went above and beyond which is not what she should have done. This was not my first professional massage, but it was the most pathetic. The one my husband received was the industry standard, but apparently not their standard. If their standard is a back rub, and you are looking for a massage, I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Quiet and peaceful, SpaDreams Day Spa is a wonderful way to spend your birthday. My husband gave me a gift certificate for a Swedish Massage and it was one of the best gifts! Jennifer was very good at focusing on areas that needed a little extra work to loosen the knots. I walked out feeling relaxed and smelling of lavender. The atmosphere was comforting and safe and the staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be coming back.

Jen and Kayla are the absolute best. Their services are so relaxing and effective (massages & facials). They make you feel absolutely pampered, like you’re the only client, while remaining down to earth. If you’re looking for a great Christmas gift or opportunity to pamper yourself, this is it!

I have been getting my massages at Spa Dreams for 6 years now. The treatments never disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxing and zen. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, I'm always impressed with how clean Spa Dreams is - that's important to me. I recommend Spa Dreams for the whole experience and great prices. With many other services in addition to massage, they have something for everyone. Pamper yourself...like I do. It's habit forming.
