Spa West

I threw a party here for a total of 5 people. I go to spas pretty regularly. Here are my thoughts. Pros-Massages and facials were good. Drink and food selection were nice and plentiful. All the therapists/techs we had were great. The 90 minute services option was good value. Cons-I waited well over an hour for my first service. There were only 4 therapists to cover the “party”. It lead to me waiting over a hour and sitting by myself for 30min prior to me going to the front to see what was going on. I had multiple calls with the facility prior to our arrival and during none of the calls was it indicated that the people in our party would have extended wait times. When I asked about my wait time, Cheyanne responded very rudely. Telling me “this has never been an issue before!” This definitely dampened the experience. I did indicate on the phone that the person we were celebrating wanted us to have time together, the place could have corrected me then and set an appropriate expectation. The express pedicure is not a good value for your money. The tech was very nice, however. They could not check us out in 1 transaction. It took an extra 30 minutes for me to check out. There was an added 20% gratuity to each of our visits that we were charged for prior to receiving any services. While I respect that people should tip for services like these, that should depend on the quality of service we receive. Tipping prior leads to lacking service. l will not be back to this location. I gave a 3 star rating simply for the therapy staff. The place was very unorganized.

Don't let the parking lot fool you! The place is amazing with amazing girls! We had a couples spa day. 4 of us total from out of town wanted to hang out together and have a relaxing day. Spa West did that for us! We had our own private lounge that included snacks and mimosas. There were showers, lockers and a sauna in our lounge. We all had massages and facials. In between our services, we met in our room, had a drink and a laugh and went to the next service. Courtney did my facial and it was one of the best facials I have ever had! Megan is a great massage therapist. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed. It was such a great experience for all four of us! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

We had a spa party for my bachelorette at Spa West and it was the best! We loved the private lounge with our drinks and snacks and the cute bachelorette decor they added to the lounge! Our massages and facials were excellent and all of us girls had a great experience. They went above and beyond for us.

My husband and I went here to celebrate our Anniversary. We were very happy with our services by Brad and Megan. They were very professional and gave us amazing custom massages . We booked the spa party it was nice having our own private room . The food was delicious and fresh . Our experience was definitely positive. I would recommend to others and we will be coming in again .

My partner and I always stop by here to get a couples massage when we stay at Reno. It's a beautiful facility with great amenities. This is the third time we had massages here and this time they were okay but the first two times they were way better. It just depends on the massage therapist that you get. Staff is super sweet and attentive and even after an overcharge they were quick to fix it. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Great massage from Beth yesterday. My husband & I got the 8 minute couples CBD healing massages. He had Denee & gave her rave reviews too & we both used the saunas in the locker rooms. A bit tight but worked well. The ladies lounge was nice & relaxing and the salon area was nice too. Would definitely cone back here again again

Cindy gave me a great haircut. If I were local I'd be a regular. It's hard finding someone who understands curly hair.
