I had a TERRIBLE experience at this spa and I regret ever having treatments to my face done here. Do NOT get the Morpheus (microneedling with radio frequency). I had a few acne scars and this treatment has caused so much fat loss in my face that the scars look way worse and my face is permanently damaged. My dermatologist told me that if the treatment settings are too aggressive or the provider is not experienced, there's a risk of unwanted fat loss, particularly in areas like the cheeks, under-eye area, or temples and that is exactly what happened. After complaining to the manager, I was told that my claims were “impossible” I paid $3000 dollars to have my self esteem ruined and I have become so self conscious about my appearance that it has affected my everyday life. I just hope this review saves people from making the same mistake that I did.
