Spa Seduva is a hidden gem. I’ve been coming here for massages for over a year now. I always book the 60 minute zen massage with Laura and it’s always so good. I love the option of using the sauna or relaxation areas before/after your appointment. The place is small but I’ve never encountered other people in the common areas. I always feel relaxed and comfortable here. I love their comfy robes!

Loved my massage here. It was my first time at spa suveda and I don’t think it can be beat. I love the decor and soft touches they added to everything- you begin feeling relaxed the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted by the front desk staff, given slides to wear throughout the studio, given a tour and waited for my room to be ready in their tea lounge where you can choose from a variety of high end teas and make a cup using reverse osmosis filtered water. They also had little single serve snack mix which was amazing bc I was in a hurry and needed something to eat to tide me over. After my 90 minute massage I used the infrared sauna for 15 minutes. My masseuse was amazing. I could tell she knew what she was doing. The massage had some acupressure, passive stretching, and deep tissue and Swedish. I loved it. I can’t wait to come back.

Edyta is a treasure to this world. I always leave a facial from her feeling so at peace and refreshed. She creates a warm and safe environment and is great at assessing your skincare needs. Highly recommend!

From the moment I entered the spa I felt very relaxed by the atmosphere inside the spa the place has a great Zen and tranquility to make u feel that u want to stay forever.The facial by Edyta was fabulous and she is was very informative about giving me advice about how to take care of my face with facial facial facial product for my large pores.I had other facials before in different spas Never did they gave me such important information I am very grateful grateful for her skincare skills.I can't wait ti visit Edyta for more facials. I have been going to Spa Sudeva since 2012. It has been a while since I walked into those doors into the full immersion of peace and tranquility, and it was just as lovely and welcoming as I remembered it. I had a classic facial with Edyta & the experience and care that imminates through her hands during the entire treatment, will send you into a healing state of mind and leave you glowing and refreshed with the amazing and effective Arcona products that are used. She is the best in the business and I refuse to get a facial from anyone else. I followed up that facial with a 90 minute zen fusion massage with Christine, her intuitive technique and perfect pressure really changed my entire body and spirit, I felt renewed even more than I thought I could be. The white ambrosia tea, the infrared sauna, the comfy robes, intoxicating aromas and warm dim lighting, and over all vibe and comfort of this space is something so special, and I recommend it to everyone I know. What a blessing it is to feel like you’re a world away from the hustle and bustle right in the heart of Tampa. This is where you want to go to heal, and to let go for a while with the result of returning to life feeling like a new person.

What a zen and relaxing spa! I was so impressed with the quiet atmosphere, the slippers and robe they provide, the tea room and complimentary infrared sauna. I had a facial by Edyta and a massage by Estela and they were both incredible. By far the best experience I’ve had in Tampa. The facial she used a bunch of rollers, amazing smelling and feeling natural/cleaner products and warm towels. The massage was so good making sure she hit pressure points, used warm towels and nice oil. I can’t recommend this place enough!
