Absolutely amazing. My husband booked me a spa afternoon for my bday yesterday. Staff was so friendly and the spa and amenities were amazing. Loved the vichy treatment & the steam room. My vichy scrub and massage with Entity and my facial with Sabrina were so wonderful. It was so peaceful and just what I needed

First, this is a pseudonym, since the business seems fond of looking people up by name and claiming they never went. I did go, I just didn’t use this name. Second, I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially nowadays. I saw the reviews mentioning granola bars before I went. There are none—no complimentary food of any kind offered in the lounge. Shrinkflation! And the lounge itself isn’t relaxing at all, since the location near the front means people are constantly walking back and forth. The treatments I had were all awful and amateur. The therapist seemed unsure of herself, even anxious, and not at all confident and soothing. The massage was one of those ones you can’t wait to be over; all she did was lightly rub me, with no real technique or therapeutic benefit. The scalp massage left my hair an oily, greasy mess. I had to then use the shower in the locker room, which has a pool of water constantly on the floor (while the other shower stall is out of service). There are no luxury brands of shampoo/soap (in fact, it was a 2-in-1 shampoo & body wash!), and no face soap provided. It feels no different from an ordinary gym shower. It’s just not at all the luxury experience that the prices indicate. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere. I’ll never be back.

LOVE them. I’m from San Francisco where there is a full day spa and/or bathhouse in every neighborhood. I’ve had the most difficult time in Austin finding something similar where there are amenities as well as services. I spent 3 1/2 hours here the other day and feel amazing. I did the package with the hydrotherapy, massage, facial, and pedicure. A nail technician was not on that day, so I extended the facial to a full instead of the advertised 30 minutes. Each tech was wonderful. My only thoughts are that it could use a little warming up in the way of paint or art. It was a little chilly, though I’m sure once it gets hotter outside that will be welcomed. And it would be nice if there were some toiletries in the bathroom for after services (i.e. spray deodorant, Q-tips, body lotion, maybe some mouthwash, tampons, face wash, and some hair gel and anti-frizz). I did not shower, so I’m not sure if they provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. These things would definitely make it on par with other true day spas. Arrive early to take advantage of their steam room and resting lounge stocked with various teas, hot chocolate, and lemon water. I didn’t even miss the fact that there wasn’t a jacuzzi because I was able to do the hydro tub. I will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of discovering this gem of a spa during my trip to Austin, and I must say, it was hands down the best treatment I've ever had. I opted for the Swedish massage with an extended foot reflexology session, and it was pure bliss. The location in The Domain was easy to find, and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and will absolutely return the next time I’m in Austin. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

What a beautiful experience my partner and I had. I surprised him for his birthday with a couple’s escape package. Here’s our experience: Location: the spa is easy to find and they have dedicated parking spaces so you don’t have to worry during the busy Domain hours. That said; it is limited, so plan ahead to find good parking. Accessibility: it is located on the second floor and there are stairs and an elevator to get there. Reception: the reception associates were lovely! Very accommodating and gave us a tour of the facilities since it was our first time here. They were pleasant and made us feel welcome. Service: we booked the couple’s escape which includes a therapeutic bath, massage and pedicure. Our massage therapists, Lin and Lidia were wonderful. They greeted us at the quiet lounge area, and made sure we were comfortable. The massage was much needed for both of us. And the therapists are very experienced. What’s also wonderful, was how they read the notes on my reservation and remembered it was my partner’s birthday! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more services. Thank you so much Spa Réveil for a relaxing experience!

TOWED!!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service, and on top of that this is the kind of treatment they implement on their clients. Went to go make a return across the street and then was making my way to the spa when I noticed my car was gone. Called the spa and they said it was towed because of the time sensitive parking. Like the Domain doesn’t have enough parking and that was going to somehow slow them down (btw: this is the only towed area at the Domain too!)! On top of that the towing is all the way in EAST AUSTIN in the ghetto!!!! That’s the kind of towing company they decided to go with and make their customers even more so satisfied! In addition to, the Towing company has several brakes (for an hour) and won’t process your transaction so if you Uber over here you’re just waiting outside by yourself in the ghetto be careful if you are a female!!!!Disgusted with the management of the Domain and Spa for having such disrespectful way of treating their customers and clients and putting them in DANGER!!!!!!!! (all for 10 min of parking.)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We a little disappointed. My wife's facial and manicure/pedicure experience were below average. We have received better service at local nail salons. For the it to be at the Doman and high end pricing, we expected more. The room was cold and not kept up.Everyone was nice and professional, which helped.

Quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever received. Nora was incredibly knowledgeable, strong, and calming. I left relaxed and empowered with information to help align my body and reduce pain. Thank you!! Oh also the facilities are great! The locker rooms have everything you need and the lounge was so peaceful!
