I live 3 hours away and drove down to little rock for a dr. Appt. Angela is amazing!!! She was able to firmly work out all the kinks and tension I had. I had an hour full body. This was a nude massage, with a sheet over me. I have had many massages for decades and this was one of the best I have experienced. I highly recommend if you need a firm massage. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area again. Added edit- Went down the day before my surgery and enjoyed a couples massage with my husband. Again a wonderful massage experience that made me wish I lived closer.

Went on a whim Sunday evening, they welcomed me in with no problem. Angela is incredible, couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing but firm massage. I never leave reviews for places but i was honestly so surprised by how much i enjoyed this. Reasonably priced and worth it.

My husband and I decided to get the 60 minute couples massage, and I must say, it was the best! It wasn’t overly pricey and it helped us relax on our last full day of vacation. Kiki and Angela serviced my husband and I.. We are from San Antonio, Tx and came to town to visit family and found Spa One! We did a 90 min massage and they started on time and finished on time. It was amazing and clean! We feel so, much better. Thank you ladies 😊 Great place for Chinese massages!

I'm not sure how to feel about this place now. I've usually had good massages here but now there's a lady who demands a certain tip amount. She literally erased my tip on the device and said it was too low. I guess there's a mandatory tip at this place and idk the amount she's expecting.

I had a migraine for over a week with horrible shoulder and neck pain. Called on a Sunday and the therapist was able to see me in an hour. She worked every knot I had and finally my pain was gone. I had not had relief in weeks. She did a great job!! My only small issue is that I could hear patrons talking up front when they entered the building so maybe turn up the volume of the soothing music to drown out any talking 🙂
