UPDATE: We politely reached out to Arnetta once we had the correct email address - the one on the website is out of use as is the chat function. She acknowledged that she saw the gift card on the booking and promised to repay the amount. This was a month ago, and it still has yet to happen. There has been no reply to communications since the initial email. Please see the screenshots of our correspondence attached. I sincerely hope that this review can be updated once more with happy news. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was gifted a $150 gift card for my birthday. After my massage, I was told that it had been deducted. I paid the remainder and tip via Venmo. After December, my credit card bill showed another $195 charge by the company. I have tried to reach out to Arnetta at least 3 times with no response. I have unintentionally paid over $400 for a massage. That said, the service was great. Just not with $400.

One word: Luxurious! My face feels hydrated, moisturized and fresh! Arnetta definitely has the magic touch! None better!

I had such a great experience ! This is my second facial ever so I was a little nervous but Arnetta made everything so calming and smooth. The music and space was very inviting and relaxing. I felt so at ease I could’ve fallen asleep (high anxiety) so that was really big for me. Arnetta was professional and explained the services and their benefits in detail. She gave me detailed after care instructions and products to check out. My face feels like a baby’s behind so I’m ecstatic!

I had one of the best experiences here yesterday. Good vibes from the moment I walked into the studio. Overall the facial was wonderful but what made this experience stand out was the meditation at the beginning of my session and the goodie bag of complimentary facial products. Also, my skin feels silky smooth. Wow! I definitely will be back.

I had an amazing massage with Arnetta, the owner. I had so much tension and stress in my upper shoulders prior to our session. I left feeling relaxed and light. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will definitely return for more services!

Loved my experience here! Arnetta’s hands are magic. Not only did I leave my visit relaxed and rejuvenated, but my previously dull skin was left glowing! Thanks. I will be back.

I am having the same issue as other reviewers. I received a $250 gift card from my mother in law. First, I was not permitted to use the gift card for a period of time. Then when that period passed, I tried to book a massage online but the website did not accept my gift card code. The email on this business’s website is not active. I keep getting bounce back emails. I have also not received any responses from the messages I sent to this business via both its contact form on its website and instagram. Nobody answers the phone on the number listed on this business’s website, and I also have not received any response from my voicemail. Spa on the Hill: please refund my mother in law or book me a massage.

They appear to be permanently closed. My brother got me a $250 gift certificate, but they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. So out of business or terrible service. EDIT: They have responded below telling me to book through their website. This doesn't work, as the maternity massage I'm seeking isn't listed online. Why is it so hard to get a call back from these people? Or a response to the form email I filled out on their website? Directly emailing the address listed on their website results in a bounce back saying the email doesn't exist. This feels like a scam. I should be able to speak with a human to book my massage. Spa on the Hill: I have sent multiple emails. Please call me. Or refund my brother.
